A week later on Wednesday.

Tatiana was still finding herself, this meant that she had lost her best friend Kailani. But in her defence Kailani wasn't listening, she had chosen to listen to the rumours and not to her best friend who was suffering heartbreak at the time. It also meant that Tatiana was only really hanging out with Maya Mateo and Key. Aziza was getting closer to Lucas which meant she wasn't available as often, but being the good friend she is she promised to be there if she was needed. And Yasmine was still Yasmine, but she couldn't stand being between Kailani and Tatiana so usually hung out with Deion elsewhere. That leaves Tayvion, Tatiana's best friend.

"I met someone." Tayvion started walking into school with Tee.

"Is that why you was MIA last week?" Tee asked calmly.

"You know I love you Tee but I didn't want to have to choose between you and Kailani" He said making himself clear.

"That's cool" She smiled giving him a hug. "Its her that wants to beef me"

"Then why is it I heard-"

"Don' start that 'she said, he said' bullshit" I replied opening my locker.

"Woah. Since when did Mrs Tee start cussing"

She smiled back at him and giggled a little. "Since a girl got angry" She took out her folders. Tayvion noticed that all her pictures had been taken down and that the inside of her locker was left plain.

"I want to meet this girl though" Tee smiled at Tayvion. He put his arm around his shoulder and led her to her next class.

"You'd like her. But she ain't from this school though"

"Where'd you meet her?"

"The party. She helped me get you home"

In the car park Yasmine and Deion were hiding from a teacher. They were crouched down behind a red Audi, Yasmine let out a giggle and Deion quickly covered her mouth.

"Yeah they're gone" They heard the teacher say into a walkie-talkie. They heard his footsteps get further away. This allowed them to relax and they sat on the floor breathing heavily.

"That was close" Yasmine smiled.

"No thanks to your stupid ass" Deion chuckled.

"Boy if you don't shut yo ass up" she laughed standing up. She grabbed his hand helping him stand up and they walked out of the school gates.

Hand in hand they got to a little cafe after 5 minutes of walking.

"Do you want something to eat?" Yasmine asked. "Cause I do" she said dragging him inside with her.
Since it was just past 12 there was barely anyone there. Only three customers were visible two of them talking quietly together. And the other alone. Behind the counter sat a bored waiter eyeing the chocolate muffins on display.

"I'll have a blueberry muffin and coffee please" Deion said getting his wallet out.

"I said I would pay" Yasmine moaned.

"Since when has a female ever payed for there man's food?"

"You ain't really a man though are you? I'm basically paying for a boys food"  she said getting cheeky.

"Just let me pay for our stuff Yasmine"

"I'm an independent individual I don't want to have to be treated as a baby. And what's wrong with me wanting to treat you to something?"

"Baby cakes-"

The bell from the front door rang and another figure entered the cafe sulkily. Ayo looked up at the couple and stared at them not knowing what to say. Then as if something had clicked in his mind he left automatically.

"Hold on babe" Deion said running after him.

"But... urgh" she turned back to the guy behind the counter and bought both herself and Deion some food. She then decided to buy a got chocolate for Ayo just in case. She saw how crazy his eyes looked and how puffy they looked and thought she might as well be kind.

Once she got outside both of the boys were now quiet. She handed them their food and drinks.

"Thanks" Ayo said only looking at her briefly " I gotta go" he said and left quickly holding onto the cup of hot cocoa.

"What was that about?" Yasmine asked.

"Tee" Deion said "But I can't tell you anything"

"Whatever" she rolled her eyes and they sat on a bench outside the cafe snuggled up together.

"I love you Yasmine."

She sat there tense not knowing what to say.

"You don't have to say it back but I ain't ever letting you get high" he chuckled. She giggled with him and relaxed into his arms. They shared a kiss. Deion smiled into the kiss pulling Yasmine's waist closer to him. His hand roamed her lower back and she caressed his cheek leaning further into the kiss.

"I think I love you too"

She skipped down the stairs with Mateo on her heel.

"Tee why you going so fast" he said adjusting his bag straps.

"I hate the people here. Why should I stay longer than necessary?" Tatiana said fumbling around with her keys.

"When are your parents coming back?" He asked relaxing into the passenger seat.

"Next week on the weekend"

"Do you miss them?"

"Yeah" She was about to start driving when Key jumped in front of the car. He got in the back seat quickly.

"Y'all niggas was about to leave me"

"I had totally forgot you were coming over" Tatiana said sighing " I'm so sorry"

"It's fine" he smiled " it's not like our projects deadline is on Friday "

"Mate. We've basically nearly finished." Mateo said.

"You don't even know what are topic is" Tatiana said laughing.

"You just dance while we do the work" Key said.

"Yh I do. It's on the reproductive system." He smirked looking at Key through the mirror.

"No it's not. That's the wrong lesson anyways. It's on physicals and electromagnets ya edjiat" Tatiana said pulling up to her house.

"Whatever" Mateo said rolling his eyes and laughing. They all got out the car and walked into the house.
