Brielle
After school I went to the diner with Hamilton to get some fries and shakes. We always did this if either of us had a long day.
Ham wouldn't stop talking about Dallas' and i's relationship. It was getting on my nevrves so I threw a fry at him.
"Okay I'll stop." He says, then eats the fallen fry. This caused me to roll my eyes at him.
Not even two minutes later, a bunch of boys enter the dinner. It automatically gets louder from all their yelling. Looking over I almost choke on my shake when I see who it is. "Great." I mumble and Hamilton smirks at me. "This should be interesting he says.
Dallas looks around and smiles when he sees me. Walking over, the others follow. He gives a dirty Hamilton a dirty look, but slides next to me. Ponyboy sits by Hamilton since they know each other from school. Johnny, Steve, and Soda sit in the booth behind us, but all turn to look at us. Everyone was looking at me, and right then I wanted to disappear.
"You two on a date?" Steve asks, and Dallas' eyes narrow at that. "Better not be." He says and I shake my head.
Hamilton is the one to speak though, "We are just friends, don't get jealous."
"I'm not jealous, but I don't want my gal to be with another guy behind my back."
"I wouldn't do that. You also better not be going behind my back." I short back. Dallas laughs and kisses my cheek.
"Doll I'd never do that to you." For some reason I smile at that and lean my head on his shoulder. For the next ten minutes or so till we finish our food we all just hung out. They all seemed to take a liking to Hamilton which was good.
Even though we were socs, the gang didn't seem to care. I bet the only way they noticed was of our clothes. They wore leather and greaser hair. Ham and I wore more light colors and more cleaned look.
But who cares what we look like though? These guys make me laugh and happy, that's all that matters.
Once we are done and pay the bill, we start to disperse. Soda and Steve have work, while Johnny and Pony are going to study. Hamilton also had work so it was just Dallas and I.
Running his hands together he smiles at me. "Let's go on our first official date, does hat sound good?" I nod my head and he grins at me. He takes me to a drive in movie and he actually paid for us to get in.
"Your aren't going to sneak in trough the back fence?" Giving me an amused grin as we go to grab some seats, he laughs. "You know me pretty well already don't you?"
As we sit I give him a smug expression, "Maybe I do." Of course thought the course of the movie Dallas out his arm around my shoulder, hugging me close, but made no other advances towards me.
He was actually sweet, not really what I was expecting from him. Maybe I shouldn't judge too soon.

Dallas gave me his jacket half way through the movie since I was getting pretty cold. I actually had a really good date with him.
Walking me home, I stop at my doorstep. Smiling up at him, I kiss his lips quickly. It might have just been a peck, but he grins at me. "Surprisingly I had a good time tonight. Thanks for the date."
With his hands in his pockets, he shuffles a little on his feet. Was he actually nervous? That's too cute.
He'd probably kill me if I called him cute. "I'm glad you did. I'll be here in the morning to walk you to school too. Be on time okay?"
"Got it. Goodnight Dallas." With another quick kiss, he has other plans. He holds me close catching me off guard. He's a little sneak, but should I be surprised?
It held passion, but sweetness too. Nothing too extreme, but it wasn't an innocent kiss for sure. Smiling into it, I lean into it wanting more.
Once we part, I find myself wanting more. The classic smirk was back on his face, but his eyes were soft. I decide to hand him his jacket, "I don't want you to get cold. Night Dallas." With that I kiss him on the cheek and close the door behind me.
Regaining myself, I try to sneak up to my room. Sadly, my dad was at the top of them around the corner waiting for me. "Were you with a boy? Don't lie, or say it's Hamilton."
Of course I knew better to lie to him, he could read me like a book. "I might have been," I try to play it off casually, but again, he can see through that.
He crosses his arms and narrows his eyes, "Who is this boy? Are you two dating? Are you and Russel back together?"
My eyes roll at his name, which answers one of my Dad's questions. "He's a guy I'm seeing, but nothing too serious. If he does become it though, he will meet you guys. Now goodnight."
Rushing to my room I flop on my bed and soon drift off to sleep. Only to dream about more dates with Dallas, of course.

Btw they aren't official bf/gf yet. They only said that because of the whole Russel thing. Currently you could say they are just going on dates, but nothing too serious yet.
