Christa-Jesika Florence "Christa" Turner Halliwell (nee Turner) is the only demon-phoenix witch child of the demon Cole Turner and the phoenix witch Jamie Turner. She first appeared in season five, episode twenty-two "Oh My Goddess! Part One" under the alias Cici Florence and pretended to be a Phoenix witch. Later on, it was revealed that she is a half demon, and her name was also revealed to Christa Turner, named after Phoebe Halliwell and city Florence, where she was born.

In the Evil Wyatt future she was Wyatt's wife, but was secretly undercover and helping the Resistance, as well as being involved with Chris Halliwell.   

During Charmed: The Legacy she is the soulmate of Chris Turner Halliwell and proved to be a valuable ally to the Charmed One's and the Halliwell family. She runs has own Magic PI business, in an effort to sate her Phoenix side. She was later on revealed to be the reincarnation of Queen Guinevere, while Chris was revealed to be Lancelot, Wyatt was King Arthur, and Pru was Morgana. She and Chris married in the fifth season of Legacy, in the episode "Marriage Wars", and later on had a daughter named Sara.

Active powers: Shimmering- An energy based method of teleportation that distorts the space around them, allowing users to appear at and disappear from a desired location. Christa can travel anywhere she wishes in the world, including to the Underworld and on to different planes. She can also shimmer with others as long as she is in physical contact with them.

Pyrokinesis- The ability to create and manipulate fire at will. Christa can bend it to her will, and can form fireballs, she is also due to this power, immune to fire and therefore cannot be burned by it. As shown she can also incinerate people from the inside out if she touches them, and can also suck the heat from fires and manipulate heat. As a child this power was often triggered by anger, and as a result Christa once burned down half her classroom as a child.

Telekinesis- The ability to move objects and people with their mind. Christa posses an advanced form of this in order to help her in combat, and also to use as a shield. She is shown to have a great hold on this power, as she casually uses it. Christa also can use her abilities to perform a mild form of levitation.

Energy ball- The ability to form balls of energy, which resemble electrical discharges, in their hand, and throw them at targets with varying levels of voltage. They can also dissipate and control the energy ball while still in their hand. Christa is shown, with a combination of her telekinesis, she can move the energy ball to aim better.
