Damien Pierce is a cupid-whitelighter hybrid sent down to help Wyatt Halliwell find love as well as to protect him from harm. Damien is the son of the Whitelighter, Max Pierce, and the Cupid, Keira, both of whom met when they were called to the same person. They died when Damien was still a child and as a result was raised by his former elf nanny, Elisa. He mentioned that he attended Magic School in England, and got his first charge when he was eighteen.

Damien did not exist in the Dark Wyatt future, as he was most likely killed during the purges of his magical species. In Legacy he came initially to help Wyatt found love, but ended up falling in love with him. The two later on married and adopted a son named Max together. He first debuted in the third season, second episode "My Fair Cupid Lighter".

Damien is the only known one of his kind, and as such is considered unique.

Active powers: Orbing- The ability to teleport through use of blue and white orbs. Elisa told the Halliwell family stories about how he used to orb around the house and play games like that.

Healing- The ability to heal injuries and diseases of others, unless that person is evil or has already died. Damien said that this gift takes a lot of practice, and said he did not come into this power until he was in his late twenties.

Remote orbing- The ability to send and call another person to and from a specific location instead of having to orb with them. This was gained as an extension of his telekinetic orbing. He has shown to be advanced in this skill set, orbing people without having to be verbal about where he wants to send them.

Suggestion- The ability to implanting thoughts in an individual's mind; they can telepathically suggest to their charges to take a chance on love. Damien explained there were different levels to the suggestion, that he could either plant it deep in his charges subconscious if they were stubborn or if they were more subjective he could place it as a basic thought. 

Temporary Stasis- The ability to slow down or completely stop the flow of time in an object or being. Damien said that unlike molecular deceleration, this ability stops the molecules from moving. Also he mentioned that another difference is that, this ability is easier used on a grand scale and it must be trained to freeze people or objects individually. Certain abilities can counteract against his power, or if they are extremely powerful, it takes a great amount of concentration to hold them.

Holograms- The ability to project light and energy based images of all shapes and sizes for a variety of effects and reasons. Damien used this gift for a variety of reasons, including showing his charges images, using them in combat or for entertainment purposes.

Time Travel- They can travel in time, but don't (or are not allowed to) manipulate the past. They tend to just use this power to teach lessons to an unwilling person. Damien used this gift to show Wyatt his past relationships, much like Coop did with Phoebe. He once mentioned he almost used this gift for personal gain to make his parents alive again, but ultimately didn't do it.

Photokinesis- The ability to produce and manipulate light. Damien learned how to use this as an offensive ability when he showed his ability to form balls of energy and throw them at targets.
