Jamie Rishi Turner (nee Danvers) is the second wife of Cole Turner, mother of Christa Turner Halliwell, the adopted mother of Sara Turner, and a witch from the Danvers family, a family of Phoenix witches. She met Phoebe Halliwell when she was three months pregnant, and with her help was able to go back to Cole and tell him about baby Christa. She later on married him while still pregnant, and had their daughter in the city of Florence.

In the Evil Wyatt future she had died prior to Wyatt taking over the world while protecting her daughter. Cole mentioned that he loved her very much, possibly even more then he loved Phoebe, as he alluded to Jamie being his soulmate. During the new timeline she is the mother of Christa Turner Halliwell and the adopted mother of the former half-demon, turned Valkyrie, Sara Tuner. She is a professor at magic school and teaches advanced combat, mostly to those who are either a Phoenix Witch or those with combat based abilities. She is very protective over her children and her husband, as well as those of the Halliwell family.

In the episode, "The Life of Jamie Danvers" it was revealed that she had a bad girl streak, and did take jobs as an assassin when she was younger.

Active powers: Shimmering- An energy based method of teleportation that distorts the space around them, allowing users to appear at and disappear from a desired location. As a Phoenix Witch, much like demons, Jamie can travel anywhere she wishes in the world, including the Underworld and different planes. She can also shimmer with others as long as she is in physical contact with them.

Levitation- The ability to propel oneself into the air and hover or move through the air slightly. Jamie often uses this in combination with her combat abilities, as well as meditation. She trained Phoebe later on in the future to stay up in the air for hours without needing a break.

Projection- The ability to manipulate reality. Jamie uses this often this ability as a tool to teach her students in different environments. By extension she can project her consciousness into an astral form outside the body. Jamie trained her body to be awake while having her astral form out of her body with great difficulty. She can also pick up corporeal objects, and although she can use her abilities, they are weaker since she is out of her body. 

Energy ball- The ability to form balls of energy, which resemble electrical discharges, in their hand, and throw them at targets with varying levels of voltage. They can also dissipate and control the energy ball while still in their hand. 

Sensing- The ability to determine the location and status of other beings by concentrating on them, however if they are dead or magically hidden they cannot be found. Jamie, like all Phoenix's, can sense their targets anywhere in the world. She can also sense her family with little concentration. She can also sense other species, most commonly including witches and demons.

Reconstitution/Reforming- The ability to pull oneself back together again after the body's total destruction. Phoenix's posses this power as a natural defense, and a second instinct. However, if the user is too greatly injured in certain parts of their body, and/or power stripped, they will not be able to reform. Jamie willing stopped her reformation in an effort to protect her daughter from harm in the Evil Wyatt future, which as a result caused her death.
