Loki's POV:
I was grateful that Odin let us visit Midgard. As we haven't been in thirteen years. I missed Y/n dearly and I wonder how she is doing.

Most people would be surprised at my thoughts but not y/n. She thinks I am the nicest and funniest person ever. But she doesn't know that the only reason why is because she's my weakness.

I am cold and rude to anyone except frigga and Thor. (I think Loki's mothers name is frigga but I'm not sure.) But even sometimes I am cold to them too. It was only because I miss y/n.

She was the only one who showed me kindness, and in return she will be the only one I show kindness.

We walked to Heimdall and asked him to send us to Midgard. He complied and in a flash of light we were back.

We landed around the corner in a field next to her block. We came to where her house would be and it was very different. That was when I knew something was wrong.

Another lady answered the door and I was so worried a started to space out. I only caught bits and pieces of the conversation.

"M/n died"
"Fire"
"Y/n was out"
"No one took her in."
"Orphanage"

I wanted to know where that orphanage was and as if Thor read my mind he asked.

She said it was on (random street) and I was already out the door. I was heading there as soon as I could. But I just realized,

I don't have a car.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^
One hour later...

We found the orphanage and Thor knocked on the door. I tapped my foot impatiently. An older lady opened the door. She invited us inside and out of the blue asked us,

"Are you here to adopt?"

I started coughing and close my breath.

Thor started to talk.

"We know a girl who lives here and we would like to speak with her." He said.

"Well you will have to sign some papers for visitations and will have to have the child's consent." She said.

I started to get angry. How dare they speak to us like that. We are gods and they are petty mortals.

"SHE KNOWS WHO WE ARE SO JUST TELL HER WE ARE HERE AND WE WON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS!" I yelled. She had to remember us.

We heard a crash and a bang upstairs, then a door slam, someone ran into a wall and as they ran down the stairs started to yell.

"I KNOW THAT VOICE ANYWHERE! LOKIIIIIIII!" It was y/n. And we saw her run down the stairs. She was almost in tears. I ran up to her and picked her up and swung her around. She started crying and was a bumbling mess.

"I-i thought you left me forever." She said into my neck. She was wrapped around me like a koala so I couldn't leave. Her legs wrapped around my waist and her arms around my neck. Her face still stuck in my neck.

"We will always come back to you y/n." Thor said finally. She looked up and her eyes widened.

"You came back too Thor?" She questioned.

"Of course I would. I missed you, and we both know we can't leave Loki on his own. He uses brute force instead of talking." He said and laughed. She laughed too.

"You're right. But that's what makes him Loki." She says. Thor now realized the lady had left to give us privacy.

Since we were still in our armor she had decided to take off my helmet to wear it. I let her and it was a little too big on her and she could barely see out of it. She looked beautiful. I'm starting to realise I may like y/n. Oh, but I missed her.

"I missed you." I said to her.

"I missed you too, Loki." She said Back with her looking into my eyes.

I realize this chapter is a little shorter than the others. So don't be mad at me.

I'm going to stop doing the key unless there's new ones.

The next chapter will be in your point of view.
