Chapter Eight: Cuddles

Your POV:
Nightmare:
You were walking back while licking your ice cream happily. You were so happy that mommy let you go get some ice cream and you used the extra money to get her one too. You heard some loud yelling and assumed Thor and Loki had come back. You ran happily towards it, until you realized it wasn't happy yelling. It was screaming. Your mother's screams to be exact. All of a sudden Thor and Loki were standing in front of you. Hate was all over their features.

"We didn't leave cause we had to y/n. We left willingly because you were so clingy. You just had to pick up the hammer..." Thor said.

"I hate you y/n. I will never like you, let alone love you. Sometimes midgardians can be so naive. Don't ever come near me again." Loki said. That made you cry more. The words loki said, you knew they were true. You knew loki was too special to ever love someone as weak as you.

You woke with a start. There was sweat on your head and you were gasping your breath. You knew the words weren't true but it always seemed to get to you. You realized you were crying and stopped.

You stood up and walked slowly into Loki's room. You tip-toed as quietly as you could but Loki heard you and sat up in alarm. When he saw it was you he calmed down though.

"Sorry I woke you up. I'll just go back to bed." You whispered.

"No it's ok. What's the matter? Were you crying?" He asked worriedly.

"I'm alright it was just a nightmare." You said.

He patted the empty spot next to him and you walked over to him.

You climed in and layed down next to him. He hugged you to his chest and you snuggled into him.

"Do you want to talk about it?" He questioned.

"No. I just want cuddles..." you said as you slowly driffed off to sleep.

And unbeknownst to you:

"I love you y/n." He whispered in your ear after you had fallen asleep.

Sorry i said i wasn't going to make anymore short chapters but i have so many ideas and I want to place each idea in one Chapter. So some might not be to long.
