Chapter Nine: Dancing

Your clothes for the day above^ because asgard is over the top.
Y/n's POV:
You woke up wrapped in warmth. You didn't want to get up but you had to use the bathroom. You opened your eyes and blushed at the sight.

Your head was resting on Loki's chest and you legs intertwined with his. His arms wrapped around you securely. You slowly pushed yourself up but you were pulled back down by him and he nuzzled into your neck.

You decided that the bathroom could wait and decided to slowly wake up Loki. You sat up and his arms were still around your waist and now his head was in your lap. You ran your hands through his hair and he purred.

You chuckled lightly and he nuzzled into your lap. You noticed that it wasn't working and you bent down and lightly kissed his nose, then his cheek, his forehead, both his eyelids, and back to his nose. He slowly opened his eyes and smiled at you.

"Now thats how i want to wake up every morning." He whispered. You loved his morning voice. But your bladder was calling to you.

"As much as I would love to lay in bed all day, I have to go to the bathroom. We shouldn't be lazy all day." You said to him. He slowly slid off of you and you got up. You walked over to the bathroom and did your buisness.

Instead of heading back to Loki's room you kept to your word and got changed. You headed to the closet that was filled with clothes that suprisingly fit you.

You looked for the most modest but would still drive Loki crazy. You found the perfect dress. It was white and rested about mid thigh. It was lacy and angelic. You weren't sure if Loki would like it but you hoped he would.

You walked over into Loki's room to get him up and out of bed. You saw him rolled over on his stomach and you slowly walked towards him. You sat next to him and rubbed his shoulder. He moaned and leaned in to your touch. You chulcked. You took your hand away and he opened his eyes.

His eyes widened as he saw what you were wearing.

"Is it to much? It is, isn't it? You know what, I'm going to go change." You rambled out and got up.

He grabbed your arm in protest. He pulled you back down as he sat up.

"No. You look amazing. I was just blown away by how gorgeous you look." He whispered as he leaned towards you. You leaned in too.

"BROTHER! HOW IS Y/N DOING? IS SHE LIKING IT HERE OR ARE YOU STILL LYING IN BED?" Thor yelled.

You leaned away quickly and stood up as Thor barged in the room. You were blushing and stood straight as a board. Loki didn't seem phased and just sat up.

"No brother. She was actually just getting me out of bed." Loki said to Thor.

Thor looked at you and smiled.

"How are you liking it here? Is Loki treating you well? And you look very beautiful." Thor said.

"I like it here a lot. Loki is treating me very well. And thank you." You said.

"Then I shall leave you be for now." He said and walked out.

"You need to get out of bed Loki! I want to see more of this castle. And it's illogical to stay in bed all day." You told Loki sternly. He smiled at you and walked to his closet.

He grabbed some clothes and set them on the small table. He started to take off his shirt. You ran toward him and pulled it down quickly.

"What are you doing!" You said to him while blushing.

"Getting changed. You said you wanted to go see the castle and you can't do that while i'm in my nightclothes." He said smugly.

"Well don't do it while i'm still in the room..." You said and crossed the room to his balcony. You closed the door and admired the view.

A few moments later Loki opened the door and was fully clothed. He wore a white button up and black dress pants. He kind of matched with you.

He lent you his hand and you took it. He walked out of the room seemingly heading towards a certain destination. You passed a dining room, a kitchen,and a hallway leading to a garden until Loki stopped.

You looked around and saw a large open room. It was a ballroom. It was gold all around. There were beautiful chandeliers and different designs on the walls. It was the epitome of elegance.

"I used to come here a lot as a child." Loki explained.

"It is very beautiful. I see why you would come here so often." You replied.

All of a sudden. Unbeknown to you, Loki used magic to play music. He extended his hand to, as if to ask you to dance.

You took his hand and slowly you were lead out to the middle of the dance floor. He pulled you close and wrapped an arm around your waist. The other arm itertwined his hand with yours and your other hand rested on his shoulder.

You danced elegantly as you smiled gleefully. You missed Loki and having this time with him filled your heart with joy. He smiled back at you just as happy.

As the song was coming to an end, you realized that there wasn't any space left between you and Loki. He seemed to notice it to, but wasn't as flushed.

He let go of your hand and tilted your head upwards. You blushed even more and he leaned closer. Then, instead of what you thought was going to happen, he leaned towards your ear and whispered something you thought you'd never hear.

"I really like you y/n. And nothing will change that." He said and kissed your cheek. Then he teleported away and the background music stopped.
But the only thing you could think of, while holding your cheek, was:

"The man I love likes me back."
