Chapter 13: Just A Kiss

Loki's POV:
"Finally! I'm going to have some grandbabies! I've been waiting and jane says she wants to wait." Mother said excitedly. My eyes widened in shock and i'm sure y/n's did too. I don't think we are ready for children. And now im going to have to tell her she will have to wait even longer. I dont know how she will take that.

"Mother..." I said slowly. She paused her rambling and looked at me.

"What?" She questioned.

"I don't think that we are ready to have children yet. It was just a kiss. Calm down." I said. I didn't want to pressure y/n into thinking all I wanted from her was sex.

"You're right. It was just. A. Kiss." Y/n said as she stormed out of the room. What did I do?

My mother looked at me disappointedly.

"What did I do?" I voiced my thoughts.

"You can't just downplay something as important as a first kiss between two people. Who knows, that could have been her first kiss." She said.

Oh no. I've made a big mistake. I jump up and try to go after her but my mother holds me back.

"Stop mother I have to see her. I need to apologize." She doesn't let go.

"Give her some time." Maybe she's right.

Y/n's POV:
"-and then he tells her it was just a kiss! It was my first kiss! It was our first kiss!" You ramble hysterically. Thor looks at you.

"I may not be Loki but I know he cares for you lady y/n and he didn't mean it like that. I think he was just trying to calm our mother down. It freaked Jane out when our mother came and said that and I'm sure Loki didn't want to lose you." Thor says thoughtfully.

He might be remembering Jane. He hasn't seen her for a while.

"I-i think your right. I may have over reacted." You say embarrassed and blushing.

"Do not worry lady y/n, I assume that since he was your first kiss you've never been in a relashionship before. Am I correct?" He questioned.

"Yes." You said quietly. It was your first relashionship and you had no idea what to do.

"Well I can guarantee that it's his first one too. He has no idea what he's doing or what he did to hurt you and that might have been his first kiss too." He said.

He's right. What have you done?

Loki's POV:
I've been trying to think of a way to make it up to y/n. I've come up with something elaborate that I think will work.

Im going to ask her on a date tonight. I need to find the right way to mix a question and an apology together.

I've been thinking of getting thor to take her out for the rest of the day so I can set up the ballroom. Since it was where I first confessed my feelings to her I think its where I should ask her out. (Maybe the ballroom will be our always. I think I made the right reference, right?)

When she meets me there I will be holding a bouquet of y/f/f (your favorite flower) and I will hold a hand out to her and ask her to dance. At the end I will ask her out and if she says yes, then I will kiss her and tell her it wasn't just a kiss. It was more than that. It was our first kiss together and it was my first kiss too. And it might be her first kiss too. I hope all will go well.
