Chapter Seven: New Home

Y/n's POV:
You really weren't thinking when you said let's go to Asgard.

They looked at you happily for a minute before you spoke.

"Hold on... " you spoke, making a mental list in your head of what you needed to pack.

"Are you changing your mind? " Loki asked worriedly.

"NO! Of course not. I was just making a mental list of what I needed to pack. This is pretty sudden, you know." You reassured him.

He sighed in relief. He didn't honestly think you were going to leave him, right?

"Now let me pack really quickly. " You said and headed upstairs. You gathered your favorite clothing and slipped it in your largest duffle bag. You then grabbed your chargers for your electronics. And placed them in there too. You placed your computer on there too.

You gathered your photos of your best friend and you. You need to visit him/her before you leave. You then lifted your pillow and grabbed the photo of your mother and placed it on top. You got that done in roughly 15 minutes.

When you got there you saw they were waiting for you by the door. Since you were eighteen you were allowed to leave forever.

"Before we leave to Asgard I need to tell my friend we're leaving." You told them.

"That's fine but you can't tell them where you're going." Thor said. You sighed. Although you understood.

"Well let's get going." You said. You led then down the road to b/f/n house. You knocked on the door and b/f's (Best friend. Not boy friend. Ya nasty!) Mom opened the door.

"What are you doing here?" She sneered.

"You've finally got what you wanted. I'm coming to say goodbye to your child. I never knew what I did to make you hate me, but you can finally be happy that your child is going to lose their best friend. I've finally found a place to stay and where I'll be appreciated. Now if you wouldn't mind bringing b/f/n down..." I said harshly to her.

She turned sharply and called her/him down. She/he came down.

"What do you want mom?" They said.

"Someone is here to see you." She said. A look of confusion crossed over their face. They looked to the door and saw me.

"Y/n? What are you doing here? And why do you have a duffle?" They questioned worriedly.

You looked at him/her with sad eyes.

"I'm sorry b/f/n, but I have to go somewhere for a while. I've found a place to stay with some old friends and I have to go now. I wanted to tell you goodbye before I left." You told them.

"What? Who are they! I want to meet these girls first. And make sure they are alright. And why didn't you tell me first." They questioned.

"First of all, they aren't girls, they are guys, secondly they didn't show up till this morning." You said.

Thor and Loki showed up behind you. Loki wrapping his arms around your waist. And rested his chin on your head. This made you smile.

B/f/n looked at them and gave them a look of:

You better not hurt her or I will hurt you.

And It looked like they got the memo. They widened their eyes and turned their heads away from her glare.

"Try to give me a call once in a while ok, don't forget that I'm here if you need me." They said.

"I'll hold you to that. And I wont ever forget you." You told them.

Thor spoke suddenly.

"We need to get going if we want to get there in time. It was nice meeting you, friend of y/n." He said.

You hugged your friend one last time and turned away. You didn't want to start crying. Loki grabbed your hand and squeezed to give you some support.

You waved and they waved back. You both knew that would be the last time you would see each other for a while.

As you got farther away, the thought of leaving your friend went away. And you started to wonder why you were heading to an empty field.

You stood in a line and Thor spoke.

"Heimdall! Take us to Asgard!" He yelled out.

Loki spoke to you quickly.

"Hold on tight." He murmured in your ear.

You wrapped your arms around him and seconds later a bright blue light flashed all around you. The light was so bright you had to close your eyes. When you opened them you gasped in wonder. You saw a beautiful rainbow bridge and a wonderful castle. Then you realised there was a man in front of you dressed in all gold. Thor nodded to him and said:

"Good afternoon Heimdall." He spoke.
He nodded back.

"Thank you Heimdall." You said. He looked at you happily and you wondered why.

Loki tugged your arm lightly and you got that it was time to go. You walked with him hand in hand towards the castle. When you got there you were lead straight to a throne room. Thor and Loki both bowed and you followed suite.

The man stood silently while the woman walked toward you. She motioned for you to stand. And you did.

"So you are the woman who has kept my sons away from me." She said while smiling.

"I'm terribly so sorry miss. I didn't mean to. To be honest I didn't even know they were from here until today. If I had known I wouldn't have kept them from you." You rambled on until you saw she wasn't mad. You went silent.

Then she smiled. And it grew bigger until it turned into laughter.

"No. Don't be sorry. I'm glad that my sons have found a friend that won't hang out with them just because they are royalty. And I can tell you make them happy." She said while smiling.

You smiled back.

Loki and Thor stood up Silently. With a nod of the man's head we left the throne room. You finally started to speak.

"Where will I be staying?" You questioned.

"Loki will show you to your room as I have some princely duties to attend to." Thor said.

Loki took your hand again and lead you to your room.

When the doors opened you were instantly flooded with greens and golds. They reminded you of Loki.

"Your room is like mine because it's adjoined to my room through the bathroom." Loki explained.

"I don't mind the colors. I wore them all the time to remind me of you." You said.

You looked around the room and saw there was a queen sized bed layed up against the wall. And a night stand next to it. You saw an open door that you ,could see led to a bathroom, and another door you assumed led to a closet. You ran to the bed and jumped onto it.

Loki smiled at you and told you to get some sleep before he left the room.

You got up and took your pjs out of the duffle bag and changed. Your last thought was:

Welcome to your new home.
