[Periscope, Dice, and Aglet sit in Aglet's living room. It appears to be dark. The television is vaguely heard in the background. Periscope appears to be asleep.]

Aglet, half asleep: ... They don't normally do this.

Dice, half asleep: Hm? Oh. No, Peri hasn't been sleeping well.

Aglet, half asleep: Really? Why not?

Dice, half asleep: A bug. There was a bug on their bedspread, we're getting it fixed, but they won't sleep on it until then.

Aglet, half asleep: Mm.

Dice, half asleep: Mm.

Aglet, half asleep: Wait, really? Bugs? After everything they've been through, bugs?

Dice, half asleep: Yeah.

[Dice yawns. Aglet yawns. Dice checks the time.]

Dice: Hey, power's out real soon. I've got to leave. I don't think I can carry them back in the next ten minutes, do you mind if I just...?

Aglet: Leave them here? Sure, I guess. Get home safe.

Dice, standing up: Yeah, take care.

[Dice walks out of frame. A door opening and closing is heard. Aglet looks over at Periscope sleeping beside them. The camera cuts to Periscope, lying under a blanket in the same location. It appears to be daytime. A knock on the door is heard. The door opens and closes.]

Dice, vaguely in the background: G'morning.

Aglet, vaguely in the background: Hey.

[Dice walks into frame, and gently shakes Periscope awake.]

Dice: Peri, come on. Wake up.

Periscope, half asleep: Hm?

Dice: We gotta go.

Periscope, half asleep: Go where?

Dice: Where do you think? Home.

Periscope, half asleep: Where are we?

Dice: Aglet's house.

Periscope: We're in Aglet's house?

Dice: Yeah, get up. We're leaving.

Aglet, from the other room: D'you guys want coffee?

Dice: Yeah, sure.

Periscope: No, no, we're fine.

Dice, hushed: But our coffee sucks.

Periscope, hushed: You are killing me here.

[Dice has already started walking away. The screen cuts to Aglet's kitchen. Periscope walks into the room.]

Aglet: Hey, Peri, how'd you sleep?

Periscope: What? Oh, um. Fine. Dice, didn't you say we had to leave?

Dice, cheerfully: What's the rush? It's not like we have anything to do ever.

Aglet: It's really no trouble.

[Aglet puts down two mugs on the table, and then gets their own from the counter. Dice picks up their cup. Periscope does not.]

Dice: Peri, you good?

Periscope: ... Yeah, it's just too early for caffeine.

[Dice just stares at them, and then takes a long sip from their mug.]

Aglet: The weather's nice today.

Dice: It's a bit too cloudy for my liking.

Aglet: Do either of you want to do anything today? Because I was pretty much going to walk around into oblivion, so you can feel free to join me.
