He yawned and looked down to see Stephen rested comfortably on his bare chest, and a delightful smile overtook him. "Right." He whispered, voice quite and warm.
He shifted as carefully as he could in an attempt to not wake Stephen up, but as soon as he felt the blonde stir, he knew he'd failed. "Sorry." He whispered as Stephen lifted himself off of Gracyn's chest, rubbing his eyes as he scooted over. "I should...Maybe get going." He said, sitting up.
"Do you really have to go?" Stephen immediately asked as soon as Gracyn turned his back to him, and Gracyn felt his chest tighten. Sure he didn't want to leave, but he should go and prepare, train, or at least wash up.
"I um...I suppose they can wait a few minutes for me." Gracyn decided with a faint laugh, laying back in bed next to Stephen, facing him as they laid next to each other, snuggled up in their blankets. Their faces close together, so close Gracyn could see every detail on Stephen's face.
Stephen smiled, tucking a strand of Gracyn's hair behind his ear, "I enjoyed last night." He whispered, making Gracyn blush. "I'd never...Well, I've never been with a man before, so that was..." His voice trailed off.
Gracyn blushed harder, "its awkward the first time, I get it." He sympathized, but Stephen chuckled softly,
"no no, it wasn't awkward, it was....Magical." Stephen decided, and Gracyn felt his chest heat up as if it was on fire. "Thank you." Stephen whispered, slowly placing a kiss on Gracyn's lips before he sat up and began dressing himself. "I should get to work."
"Y-Yeah." Gracyn nodded, getting himself up and putting his pants on, while Stephen was already slipping on his shirt. He stood up as the blonde made his way to him.
Gracyn, holding his breath, placed a hand on Stephen's cheek before kissing him one last time. "Stay safe." Stephen whispered as their foreheads pressed against one another.
"You too."
And with that, Stephen left Gracyn's chambers, leaving him to dress himself and go to meet his friends and companions.

They all met in the war room, already dressed for the venture into Hell. Gracyn's eyebrows peeked up when he saw everyone's eyes dart to him, obviously wondering where he had been. "Hey Gracyn." Connor smiled, walking up to him and giving him a small hug, "we were wondering what was keeping you."
His eyes darted to Gracyn's collarbone, which, to his horror, was a deep shade of purple, edges faded to a bright violet. "What hap–"
"I slept in, did I miss anything of particular importance?" Gracyn asked, cutting his friend off before he could make a fool of him. Connor held back a snicker.
