Even in a world of supernatural and magic, there can still be out of the norm things..... That's just what Shadow is, only one of her kind, no one else is like...
a year had passed since Shadow left for hell but for her, every day was the same as the previous one, stuck in the castle.
her hair now reached a little past her shoulders and her eyes where void of any emotion just like her face.
she no longer smiled, cried, huffed or sighed, she was a shell of who she was before all of this.... an empty shell in the shape of Shadow Grey without really feeling like said person...... the only think that proved she was Shadow was her body, memories and aching heart when she was taken away from Emma....
she was lost in hell and there was no way out.... and her mind was being taken from her slowly as the days went on and on and on and on...... without ever changing....... without ever showing the passing of time........ like she was reliving day after day.... the exact same day when she arrived....
Emma's pov:
"faster Oluo!" I called as I pulled him after me by his blond as he was such a slow bastard, his blue eyes screamed help me but people thought we were a couple and didn't intervene.
my left arm was covered in different kinds of runes now.
I knocked on my homes door and dad opened.
he was surprised but hugged me, I patted his back.
"dad....... it's time, I'm searching up friends and people willing to help me"
"so you still haven't given up?" I shook my head and he sighed.
"I'll go get my stuff, who else will be joining us?"
"Oluo here, a fairy Hank, a host Carison....... and I would like to try with mom, the elves could help open a hell portal" I said and he nodded.
"alright then, let's go save that princess in distress" he said, putting on his bow and arrow quiver, and a sword by his side.
"you know at least one of us will die on the mission right?" I asked
"and I would gladly die if it means you all make it out alive.... it's a father's job to keep everyone safe.... not locked up in a place.
I smiled.
I followed the river were Shadow had almost drowned in, I remember it like yesterday.... unfortunately, it wasn't.
"halt!" we were stopped near the front of the fairy village but they looked surprised to see me.
"take us to Lian" I asked and they did so.
Lian was surprised to see us and I explained why we were here, she called Hank in, he hadn't changed a bit, and told him too.
Hank showed up with a few other fairies, the ones Shadow and I guarded on their first hunt.
Garon had the yellow messy hair, Tiran green, Gradon is purple, Clamon blue and Hank tomato red.... they looked just like on their first hunt.... it makes my heart ache to remember all these things Shadow and I did together but I knew it was going to happen if we ever came about to these places....
"we all want to help the lightly demon" Hank said smiling.
"told you a year ago that she isn't a demon asshole" I laughed.
next destination: Carison the host of Terra.
the towns people looked at us strangely, well a vampire, a human, five fairies, a rune mage and their summons are a sight to behold.
"we are searching for a Carison named red haired man" Hank yelled.
"what do you want from me?" Carison came in to view.

"Carison I'm one of the quest hunters that once was in your village with my friend Shadow the host of Siera the water goddess, I assume you know what happened at the tournament and news travel fast so I will cut to the chase and ask you to join us to help save her" I said and showed him my hand to shake, he stared at it for a while before shaking it.
"I wanted to see the girly once again anyway so why not go with yah?" he said.
"good.... last destination! the elves!" I declared and all nodded.
dad lead us on elf territory and of course all the elf army is here to stop us.
"we don't mean you harm, we only want to talk with the elders" dad says and they start yelling.
"double seal opening! Kaisan the moon-lion and Aries the ram!" I yelled over all the sound and everyone stops to stare at the two keepers next to me.
"now everyone will calm down and listen! we need to meet your leaders! dad and I got kicked out because of the 'no dark' laws but dad and I are not like demon! let us pass or I send me keepers after you!" there was silence and the elves pulled apart to leave us a road.
"Aries stay with me and Kaisan stand in the back, you can injure anyone that threatens us with death but not kill" I said.
"yes mistress" said both keeper, Aries in a bubble voice and Kaisan in a strict voice.
"double seal closing of the Valoury and elemental wolf" I closed Kara's and Helix's seals so I used less magic and so they could rest up.
"double seal closing, Kaisan the moon-lion and Aries the ram"
the elves elders and council were pissed that 'strangers' stepped on their lands.
"don't make me summon something" I warned, I could see my mother but I had the hood over my head so she didn't know it was me.... since when is she in the council? that's cool.
"and what could you even do?" a council man asked, I had found a way of using runes without offering blood.... you simply channel magic to the rune you want to use and say the spell.
I pulled up my sleeve to revel runes on my arm and pulled on the black fingerless glove I only had on my left had to hide the rune on the back and palm of my hand.
"double seal opening, Lilian the demon servant and Kaisan the moon-lion!" I called and Kaisan appears in a white glow while Lilian appears in a red glow, she had warmed up to me over the year.
"I have four constellation keepers, a demon and much more runes so don't play with me!" I said, shaking of my hood.
in the end the elves agreed to help us with the quest to go save Shadow from hell after I sent the summoning away.
mom had spent the afternoon either hugging the life out of me or lecturing me about summoning tow summons at the same time but it was a great time while it lasted...... mom was really the host so I at least know where my electricity comes from.
it was night at I was sitting in the grass and looking up at the stars.
"I'm coming to get you Shadow.... just wait a little longer"
