Favorite Romantic Anime and Manga

Hanagimi to Koisuru (Manga)

Plot: Nanase Sakashita is good at playing the role of Model Student but that doesnt stop her from taking an interest in Hana-kun, the schools delinquent. Hana-kun accidently drops a small box while sneaking around on the school grounds. When Nanase tries to return the box, Hana-kun tells her to keep it for its already to late to give it to the person he likes, who is this person?

My Opinion: This manga... I must warn you right now that if you decide to read it, then take it slowly until the later chapters (30 and over) are updated. I love this manga a lot but it became rather sad and heartbreaking around chapter 28 and 29. It is actually confusing in those chapters with what happens. I was so disappointed and at a point, with how long it's taking to get an update, I just had to look up the raws and though I don't get a single thing about what's being said, I can tell something good is going to happen... I just need it to update to find out what they are all saying and so forth. This manga seriously isn't that bad. It was rather good and I was totally enjoying it. But it's also starting to become one of those complicated romances as well...

Favorite Character: Hana-kun was becoming my favorite but after reading chapters 28 and 29, I'm so disappointed in him and pretty angry. I just want to slap him upside his head -_- I wanted a nice sweet, no complications romance (or maybe just small complications) because I've been reading Ao Haru Ride, Hirunaka no Ryuusei, and others that are just getting complicated... I guess the best mangas to read so far with no complications are Akagami no Shirayuki-hime and Horimiya. Ah, anyways, before I went rambling on there, I don't know who is my favorite character is right now will have to be Nanase. She's a good heroine and sweet. I just feel bad for her right now T_T

Favorite Couple: Though things are complicated right now, I still like Hana and Nanase being together and I hope this whole problem gets fixed quickly! They were cute together and I loved them having those sweet moments together. I'm going to be seriously sad if Nanase ends up with someone else -_- I mean she can't end up with someone else! I want her to be with Hana.

A lot of people are commenting on this manga on Mangahere.com and a lot are upset with what's going on and I am too. But, despite what people say and despite with what's going on, this manga is worth reading. It is very nice and interesting. Every romantic, drama, shoujo has to have some sort of complications, right? Even if they don't make sense sometimes but I guess that makes it a little interesting for me. If you're up for a complicated romantic shoujo, I suggest giving this one a try. If not, then wait a bit for a few chapters to get out and I think it'll get all fix and things work out and then you can read it and not die as you're waiting for the next update, wondering what the heck is going to happen.

I wish I had a lot more to say about this manga but also I haven't read it in a while because I've set it to the side, waiting for the next update, and reading other mangas. But from what I remembered, I loved this manga and I couldn't place it down most the time. I read this rather quickly too and wished I had read it more slowly instead of speeding through it because now I'm dying as I wait for the next update. I wish it would hurry and update! Anyways, I suggest trying this one out too.
