Last Game (Manga)

Plot: He's rich, he's smart, girls gather around him all the time, and he has always gotten first place on his exams... well, until Kujou transferred in his primary school class. She was quiet, plain, and poor, yet not once has she failed at beating Yanagi, both in academics and sports! Yanagi has made it his life goal to defeat this girl Kujou, and ten years later, as they enter high school, he just might finally win! This is the story of their last game.

My Opinion: I seriously started to read this just last night and earlier (like way earlier) I had finished reading the last updated chapter. It is... AMAZING! I totally love it. It is actually like Special A but reversed. Instead of the poor girl always trying to beat the rich guy, it's the rich guy trying to beat the poor girl. And also they're not in high school now but college. I had thought it was going to be about them in high school but actually nope... it is them in college but most the time I forget that they're in college and I think they're in high school lol. It is very funny and I just absolutely love it. Though most the time I wish I can hit the characters upside their heads.

Favorite Character: A hard choice between Shiori the friend and Yanagi. I love Shiori because she is pretty funny as she finds enjoyment in other people's love complications and such and when she sense a love triangle, she's even more interested. But also she tries her best to set up Yanagi and Kujou as well. I LOVE Yanagi though because he's so hilarious and amazing. I mean his character feels guilty when he just simply touches Kojou's arm, or he overthinks a lot of things, and is the typical guy where he hears what he wants to hear. I also feel bad for him because of his current relationship with Kujou. Also, he's extremely charming. He said a lot of things in the manga that just melt my heart away. He's so sweet and would be a perfect boyfriend (well without his slowness included)! His personality is just awesome and I love it! Again, he would be a perfect boyfriend if he actually existed!

Favorite Couple: YanagixKujou!!!! Though I do like Kei-kun because he's such a tsundere character but a softy within. I like Kujou with Yanagi more. I mean they're childhood friends which I love childhood friend love stories! But also Yanagi really loves her which is the sweetest part and melts my heart away when you see how much he really loves her. It's so sweet! My favorite chapter has to be chapter 22! That was the sweetest chapter and has a lot of my favorite lines in it from Yanagi.

This manga is amazing! I was hoping by the time I read the last updated chapter that Yanagi's and Kujou's relationship will greatly improve but... I'll have to wait for that chapter I guess (I hope it will be the next chapter once it's out). I love how Yanagi is so deeply in love with Kujou! It's so sweet! I also love how he tries to beat her in sports and studies but fails too haha. He's determined and very much in love lol! So sweet and cute! This manga is also very funny. I'm amaze I'm still alive from all the laughter haha! I seriously suggest trying out this manga. It is great!
