I looked over at Austin. He was purple and was shivering. *he might not make it* I said in my head.

"A-Austin are you okay?" I said while slowly examining his body.

His eyes rolled back and he started to shake badly on the floor. I quickly picked Emma up and backed away.

He stopped. Then, he shot up and ran towards me And Emma I struggled and got my Glock out

I shot him on the head. He layed on the floor dead.

I began to sob.   Emma looked horrified
I tried putting her down but she gripped my shirt.

We had no choice but to walk away i tried not to think of him but memories kept coming back.

We were on a  road I saw very tall buildings while walking so I headed towards them.

Emma was quiet.

I looked over at her she just stared.

I put her down and held her hand.   She didn't walk I tried giving a little tug but she just stood there frozen.

"Emma are you okay"?" I asked while getting on one knee.

She started saying words in gibberish.  While pointing to the sky.

I had a puzzled look on my face.   I picked her up and continued walking.

I saw a gigantic sign that said:

"Welcome to New York".

I smiled we need to have some fun.

After all we are kids.
