Left for survival(a Zombie novel) (completed)

Emma

We were walking then we saw a house in the woods it was modern style.

"Let's stay here for awhile".  I said while pointing to it.

Emma was asleep.

When we got to the front door it was locked. I looked under the floor mat and picked up a key.

Once we got in I layed Emma on A beautiful leather couch.

She stretched and rolled over.

I opened a door and found out it was a bathroom.  I looked in the cabinet and saw some bandages,scissors and rubbing alcohol.

I took the bandage off my thigh and looked at the bite it turned a shade of purple and red.

I poured it on and winced in pain I wrapped the bandages around it and cut it with the scissors.

I put the rest in my backpack.  I yawned.

I looked at Austin.

"I'm going to take a short nap upstairs."

"Yea sure" he said.

I went up the stairs and opened a door to a king sized bed.

I layed on it and pulled the blanket over me.

I woke up and walked downstairs.

I saw Emma sitting on Austin's lap.   She looked at me and smiled. A weak one.   Austin glanced at me. "She's a. Bit more quiet now I guess it's because of her mom"

I nodded.

I looked at Emma then, she said "Hungry"

"What are we going to  feed her " Austin asked.

I walked into the kitchen and opened a cupboard.

There was a jar of peanut butter and next to it was Strawberry jam.

I looked around and saw bread that had no mold and made three peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

I got a knife and cut Emma's into small squares.

I put the plate down in front of her.

"They you" she said.

I smiled.

I got Me and Austin's Sandwiches and we all began eating.
