Let Me Love You

Chapter 2

It was coming to the early times in March, and i was getting close to Troy (Remember him!?) We soon started getting close and i had come to a realisation that i was starting to gain feelings for him. One day while we were texting he buzzed me a question "Hey can i tell you something?", replying faster then a lightning bolt i said "Yes! Go for it" or something along those words  "Lucy, i like you a lot and i was wondering if you could be my girlfriend" only just getting out of a relationship i struggled to decide whether i should or not, soon asking if he could wait i guess this is what you could call, the start of a "thing". During that week as i was getting closer and closer to Troy, i had been asked out to my face by a guy named Cody. Cody was a short boy with blonde hair and gorgeous eyes, he may had been small but had a huge personality. As i had no real feelings for him, i rejected him and decided to continue getting close with Troy. One day while i was texting Troy i asked "What are you doing" Soon replied with "Listening to music and chilling like a villain how about you?" "Sweet and also listening to music, what song?" "Let me love you by Ne-yo, have you heard of it?" "Who hasn't heard of it! " "Haha" "Who do you want to love?" "In time you, if you let me" And so a little love blossomed, and seems so innocently sweet.

School started going by in a breeze, even though Troy was currently suspended i still would occasionally text him while i was at school to see what he was up to, doing and to keep him entertain while he was home alone.  This only made us closer, having so much in common with music and interests it felt odd to have met someone so perfect..I knew for a fact that now i knew he liked me i should tell him how i felt, on the bus trip home i tapped open notes and wrote a paragraph about how i felt about him. "Troy, i know we barely know each other still, but i want you to know that i have feelings for you, you make me smile like no one has before and everyday i seem to find something new to like about you, since we started talking i knew we had a connection, whether it be just from having so much in common or just that you're so attractive. Anyways i thought i should just put it out in the open". Walking through the door i copied and pasted it onto Messenger and pressed sent he replied faster than usual, seemed so happy that he asked me "Will it be okay if i asked you out when i go back to school".

On the 9th of March 2017 at approximately 11:07am i was walking around school and he came up to me, "Lucy, will you go out with me" i froze on the spot, my heart clenched up into knots and my lips were sealed tight, he stood there shakingly, anxious and curious to see my answer all i could spit out was "Can i answer at lunch", honestly felt like the worst thing i could have said but i wanted to make sure that this was real, and i wasn't in some twisted dream  he walked over to his friends and they all gave him comfort. During periods 3 and 4 it was the most hardest thing to concentrate when he was only on my mind, i couldn't wait for lunch and when the bell finally went i rushed outside and tried to find him, eventually i did at the courts, he stood there as froze as i was before "Yes!" i screamed "Fuck Yes!" he cheered, ran over and hugged me. Now this was just the beginning of an exciting new adventure for the both of us.

After the awkward hug, we then went up onto the hill and sat on the concrete next to one another (You all probably thinking, oh great another love story lol trust me it's more then that) My Friend Aaryanna took some photos of us, and was making the couple thing kinda awkward at start but as the day went by and Lunch ended, i really didn't want to say goodbye. As we hugged goodbye, he walked off with a smile. I felt happy as i had made his day just perfect his smile had set my little heart on fire, and i knew this was going to be something that would last.
