Once they finally got back to the surface the towns people were rebuilding the destoryed houses.

But once they saw them, the villagers gave them their thanks by giving them money.

"This amount of money could do us good" Trevor said holding  5 small sacks of coins.

But they were grabbed by Ruby who passed three to Sypha "Me and Sypha will watch over the money, the last thing we need is a drunkard like you having money to yourself."

Sypha holds in a laugh as she puts three of the sacks in secret pockets on her robes. While Ruby puts her two sacks in pouches.

"I had a feeling he was a drinker, even if it's been hours, I could smell the stench of beer on his breath. What a foul drink."

"You haven't drink before?" Trevor asked.

"Yes, I have. But I drink wine. I have my standards and drinking something as foul as beer is something I would never think of lowering myself to do."

The Hunter frowns, he should've known the son of Dracula would be a pampered little shit.

Ruby chuckles at that "Wow, should've known you were pampered."

"I wasn't pampered like human nobility, I have high standards but as a son of Dracula, I have to be a force to be recon with."

Sypha then speaks up "I will get the speakers, where should we meet?" she asked.

"How about at the Speaker hideout.?" Trevor suggested.

"That sounds like a good idea, I'll be going with Sypha" Ruby said leaving with the Speaker.

As they walked farther away they saw villagers walking out of the church with a dried up dead body in their hands.

"Wait a second?" Ruby trains her superior eyesight on the corpses and widen in shock when she saw it was the bishop....or what's left of him.

"That's the Bishop's body?!" she said running up to the villagers.

Sypha follows her and looked in disgust, the Bishop's body was all dried up like a gray raisin, his ripped up clothes was the only thing that identified him for the fact half of his face was eaten away.

And he was missing his limbs.

But they could tell that his death wasn't painless for the fact, his face was frozen in horror.

"What happened?" Ruby asked.

"The demons no doubt. They must've found a way to get inside the church and killed him." A female villager explained.

She scoffs "because of him, all of this hell was brought upon us and we almost killed the Speakers. So it's understandable why god let them into the church, he had no room in his heart for a despicable man like him."

"It looks like the demon sucked his blood then started to eat him." Sypha stated noticing the bite marks on his neck.

"By the way, why are you wearing a outfit like that? it'a not lady like." The female villager asked Ruby.

"Where I'm from, women are given more freedom than they do here. And that includes attire, true, here it's not lady like, but where I'm from it's lady like." She explained.

She smiles "Also, I'm happy you didn't call me a harlot or something. I had got enough of that from men and the church."

"You're welcome I guess. Must have been awful to be called that more than once."

Ruby lightly nods her head "You have no idea."

"By the way, how many priests that worked for the bishop are left?" she asked.
