For anyone who may be starting this story, I'd like to acknowledge the fact that even though this story is marked as completed there are several mistakes throughout the story. I've noticed a lot of the mistakes I've made not just in spelling and grammer but also in the structure of the story and the fact that some things just don't even make sense. For the most part it's okay but there are quite a few mistakes.
Thank you for reading :)

<Kylie POV>
I encouraged the wind to run through my hair and kiss my cheeks as I sped down the street from my house down to the school.
I balanced on one foot as I lifted the other to gain more speed on the skateboard I was riding on until the high school came into my line of vision.
I began to slow the speed of the skateboard as I yanked my ear buds that blasted a Nicki Minaj song to me as I approached the front doors.
I noticed a couple preppy chicks look towards me and point a finger but I didn't give them two glances as I got off the skateboard and picked it up, walking into the hell people considered school.
I made my way to my locker and quickly spun the dial and threw my skateboard inside and slammed the door to come face to face with my best friend.
"Hey there Kylie," Kyle said.
Kyle was a total prankster. He was funny, sweet, and always looked after me and made sure that I wasn't having a completely bad time stuck in school. He was one of the school's football players, but he treated me better than the rest of them. He has short black hair and dashing blue eyes that could make any girl swoon for him, including me, too bad he's spoken for.
Austin, with his golden blonde hair and hazel eyes, was on the basketball team but he was a decent guy. He wasn't too conceited and he made sure that the rest of us were having fun, and usually got hit on by a lot of girls. He's single.
Jake however, was just a regular guy. No sports, although he did have brownish hair and kind brown eyes. Besides Kyle, he always made sure to be my side if Kyle couldn't be and he always helped me out when it came to talking about boys I liked, maybe it had something to do with the fact that I liked Kyle and couldn't really talk about Kyle to Kyle.
Me however, the skater chick that went to the high school down the block, was hiding a massive secret from everyone but the three guys who I considered my family. My parents were rich, and not just filthy rich but I mean rich, rich. They owned a business that made them way too much money, and when I turned 16, they handed me a couple millions, and sent me to find a house, and care for myself although they did continue to send me a couple of monthly thousands so that I wouldn't starve to death.
Now you may be wondering "Why did your parents kick you out of the house at 16?" Well that question is simple. When I was 16 I had a bit of a night out and well, let's just say that someone (me) had a little too much to drink, woke up the next day alone and soon found out that I had been invaded. At 16, I had a baby and now it changed my life forever.
I didn't go to school for the 9 months and I certainly didn't drop out, so I completed my entire sophomore year online. Now, my daughter is 2, and I haven't seen my parents since the day that she was born. I still haven't forgiven my parents for abandoning me but I've managed to raise Isabella all on my own, well with the help of my three best friends.
