Erica's Birthday Part One

CYN

It's the week of my baby's birthday and I'm super excited!!! I know that we officially met on HER birthday last year but it means so much this year because we are together and in love.

"Babe, what do you want to do for your birthday?" I asked as we are cuddled up on the couch. "Well, you know I have that book signing in St.Louis on my actual birthday but before and after that, I'm down for whatever."she said. "Ok, what do you want"? Trying to get something for someone who has everything is impossible. She looks at me and said,"Baby, you don't have to get me anything. I have you and that's everything that I need. You coming into my life, becoming my girl and now my fiance is a present in itself. I don't need anything material because it will never measure up to what I have now and that's knowing that I'm gonna spend the rest of my life with you".

"Erica, that was so sweet. Thank you for saying that. It makes me so much more in love with you." I said to HER before I leaned in for a kiss.

I'm still gonna get HER something though. What exactly? I don't know. Ooooh...I got it!!! She hasn't seen King in a few weeks because she has been mad, stupid crazy busy. I'll fly him out while she is in St. Louis and have him and HER mom in a hotel.  Then, I'll bring him to a birthday party that a mutual friend of ours is having for HER son on Saturday . His birthday is the same day as Erica's so this would be perfect!!!  I amaze myself sometimes...lol

ERICA

I'm taking a quick shower before I meet up with my choreographer to practice for this performance I have for my new hit song "DANCING ALL OVER THE WORLD". I've been slaving night and day to make this performance right. Cyn and I haven't been spending a lot of time together because I've been so focused on this and she has work and gigs but throughout it all, she has been super supportive and I love HER so much for that...my baby.

I arrive at the dance studio all geared up to get it in. We start going over the steps and then suddenly the door opens. OMG why??? Rich comes in and sits in a chair. Man, I don't need this right now. We haven't seen each other since that day at the studio and I'm not sure what he's on but I'm sure I'm about to find out.

I walk over to him,"What's up Rich? What are you doing here?" "I'm here because this is my record, my money and my everything" he said. MY MY MY is all he ever says. I could have sworn that it's my voice on the track...whatever.

"Nah but seriously, I came to apologize for the other day at the studio. I was just in my feelings and...I'm sorry." he began to say "Rich,I except your apology but I just hope that you are sincere about it? I really do hope that you can respect my feelings and my relationship. I would love for the three of us to be able to get along at some point." I said back to him.

"I got chu Mena...real talk".  I look at him like "Yeah ok". I know Rich and he's always up to no good but I'll give him the benifit of the doubt.

CYN

So my fiance is in St. Louis and I really miss HER. I know, I know, she's working and I'll see HER tomorrow but I just can't help myself.

My phone starting ringing and it's my baby Face timing me.

ME~Hi baby!
HER~Hey babe. What are you doing?
ME~I was just thinking about you. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
HER~Awww, thank you sweetheart!!! I miss you.
ME~I miss you more babe. You look gorgeous.  Are you about done getting ready for the signing?
HER~Yeah. I just have to finish beating my face and then I'm on my way out the door. I just wanted to see and talk to you before I get there. How's everything going with you? How was your gig last night?
ME~It was good actually.  Allentown,Pa was showing out! They showed mad love. I would go back in a heartbeat.
HER~Did anybody try anything? I don't need "EIKEN" to come out do I? lol
ME~No babe!!! lol It's all good. I'm sure the entire world knows that I'm your girl and to not try anything.
HER~Ok...good. Well babe, I'm about to head out. I'll text or call you as soon as I get a chance. I love you my fiance
ME~I love you too MY FUTURE WIFE

Gosh, I love that woman. "Focus Cyn. You have stuff to do today." I said to myself. Now that I've talked to HER I have to go and pick up King and my future mother-in-law from the airport.

ERICA

The book signing is going great. I can't believe the turn out!!! When I thought that I had more haters than anything, I was proven wrong. They are showing me nothing but love and respect out here.

Although I'm having a good time right now, I can't help but to think about my girl. I really miss HER.

The book signing is over and now I'm in my way to host at the club. I get there and they are really doing it BIG for me. I guess this why they call Missouri the "SHOW ME STATE" because they are really showing me how they get down!!!

It's almost two o'clock in the morning and I have an early flight.  So I say bye to everybody and look over to my security and give him the motion "let's go". I head to the hotel and I hit up Cyn.

ME~Hey baby. Did I wake you?
HER~Yeah but it's ok. How did it go?

She sounds so sexy in HER sleepy voice

ME~ It was good. I had so much fun. Although, I was missing something while I was there...
HER~And what would that be?
ME~YOU!
HER~Aww babe!!! You are sweet. I'll make it up to you when I see you later on today.
ME~I hope so. Well, babe, go back to sleep and I'll text you when I get on the plane.
HER~Ok. I love you my Angel.
ME~I love you too my Princess.  Good night
