I'm leaving for Chicago on Saturday and Erica is leaving for Toronto early Sunday morning.  I wanna spend as much time with HER as I can because we won't see each other for a few days.

ME~Morning babe.
HER~Morning
ME~How did you sleep?
HER~Not to good. I don't feel well.
ME~What's wrong? Does it feel like you are catching a cold or something?
HER~I'm not sure. My whole body hurts.
ME~Ahhh babe. Is there anything that you need me to do? I can go fix you some soup or go and get you some medicine.
HER~Ok.

I get out of bed to go get some medicine and to fix HER some soup.  When I get back to the room I see Erica shivering.

ME~Baby what's wrong?
HER~I'm so cold Cyn. Is the air on?
ME~No.

I feel HER head to see if she may have a fever.

ME~You are burning up babe
HER~Then why do I feel so cold?
ME~You may have the flu.  I'm gonna take you to the hospital
HER~Nooooo I don't wanna
ME~Yes you are going you big baby! lol
HER~Can I just eat the soup and take the medicine first to see if that'll help?
ME~Ok fine. Do you want me to feed it to you?
HER~Yes please

I know that she is sick but HER whining is so cute!

ME~Can you sit up for me?
HER~Ok. Ugh...this hurts so bad baby
ME~Hold on, let me help you

I helped HER sit up and proped some pillows behind HER back.

ME~How is that?
HER~Good. Thank you
ME~Are you ready to try and eat?
HER~Yes.
ME~Ok. Open wide

I started feeding HER. I've never seen Erica like this before. She's been sick but never to point as to were she can't do anything.

ME~So how's the soup babe?
HER~It's good but I'm over it.
ME~Just a little more
HER~Nooooo

She starts whimpering! lol She's so cute

ME~You need something on your stomach before you take this medicine. Can you just eat just a little bit more...for me?
HER~Ok. Just for you.

She ate a little bit more. I gave HER some medicine and told HER to lay down.

I started to walk out the room

HER~Hey, where are you going?
ME~I'm just gonna go and take this stuff to the kitchen.
HER~Can you do that later.
ME~Yeah but why?
HER~I need you next to me otherwise I'm not gonna be able to go to sleep

I go and lay down next to HER. She lifts HER head up and looks at me

ME~What's up babe?
HER~I need my pillows

I ease my way up under HER so HER head is laying on my breasts

ME~Better?
HER~Yes. This feels good. Thank you for taking care of me.
ME~In the words of Erica Mena,"You don't ever have to thank me for taking care of you".
HER~Lol She's a smart woman!!
ME~An incredible woman. Now close your eyes get some rest baby.
HER~Ok.
