Good Performance....Bad Night

My wife and I are hanging out backstage before my big performance and I'm so nervous.  I really hope that it goes well and the crowd receives it like I hope that they would. Wait, I'm ERICA MENA BITCH so I know that I'm gonna kill it lol!!! Plus, I have my wife by myside so it'll be all good.

My wife....my wife...my wife!!! I still can't believe that Cyn is my wife! She has been super supportive since we've gotten back from getting married. She knows how bad I want this so she hasn't been on me by spending so much time practicing instead of being in marital bliss. That's one of the main things that I love about HER, she's so understanding. I do have to tell HER something though. I have to tell HER that Rich will be coming. I just hope that she doesn't get mad.

ME~Hey babe
HER~Hey who???
ME~I'm sorry. Hey wife
HER~Hi. Are you nervous?
ME~Yeah but not about the performance though
HER~Um...ok. About what then?
ME~Well, Rich is gonna be here tonight and I know how you feel about him.
HER~Erica, it's fine. You and I are married so by him being here doesn't bother me. He's your manager so I kinda knew that he would be here anyway.
ME~Thank you for being so understanding.  I don't know why I was nervous about telling you. I love you so much
HER~I love you too. I'm gonna go ahead and get my seat while you finish getting ready.
ME~Ok. Wish me luck.
HER~Good luck. You're gonna do great!!!

I head to the VIP section and low and behold, Rich is sitting there with Rah.

ME~Hey guys
RAH~Hey girl!!! I love your boots!!!
ME~Aren't they cutie!? lol
RAH~YASSS HUNNY!!!

Rich stands up to greet me and gave me a hug,

RICH~Yeah, your boots are everything. What's up mama?
ME~What's up Rich? Thank you
RAH~I'm excited to see Erica and hear the song
ME~The song is DOPE! She's been working HER ass off so it's gonna be amazing.
RAH~I'm excited to see it! Is she gonna strip!? lol
ME~I hope so!!! lol

Erica hits the stage

Look at HER, she is killing it!!! A tear rolls down my face just by watching. I'm so proud of HER!!! She has been slaving so hard and it has paid off...my baby!!!!

Rich comes up behind me and puts his arm on my shoulder...eeww

The performance is over and Erica heads backstage. I sit and chat with Rah.

RAH~That was so good!!! She did a good job.
ME~Wasn't it cute!?
RAH~Yasss!!! Ya'll know me, if I didn't like it I would've said it. I'm so proud of HER.

And here comes Rich chiming in

RICH~Maybe now I can sell some records. No matter what, this could be the beginning of something beautiful or a partying gift you know what I'm saying? At the end of the day, I wasn't gonna do what I did last year despite of what muthafuckas think about me
