Night Terrors

I rush back to the pack house and into my room. I grab my spare bandages and start covering up my arm. Theres a knock at my door and I just tell them to wait a minute but they come in anyway.

"Hey" it was Karly.

"I said just a minute get out!"

She looks down at my arm.

"What did you do to your arm?"

"None of your business, out!"

Karly walks out and I flop onto my bed. That was close, after a few minutes I decided to pay Jared a visit and see how is doing. He's still stable and should wake up soon, thank god. I just want to tell him how sorry I am for leaving him and to tell him what I've been up to.

-Maddy POV-

I hear the door open and see Shanna walk in. She is a Red Moon pack member.

"I'm pissed off today so I need a punch bag" she says and punches me in the face.

I start to tear up, not again. Every time Shanna was in a bad mood she would take her anger out on me. I receive a kick in my stomach and another punch on my face. She pushes me and I slam into the wall, screaming.

"Step away! She's having a night terror" I hear Addy say.

"Does this happen often?" asked Carmen.

I wake up to see Adelaide comforting me.

"Hey, shhhh its okay" she says while combing her hands through my hair.

I start to calm down, breathing in and out.

-Addy POV-

I stayed with Madelyn until she fell asleep. I hate seeing her like this.

"So what happened on your picnic with Levi?" Carmen asked

"He didn't want to spend time with me. Levi was using that time so I could trust him and give him information about me"

I look up to see Carmen with a really pissed off face.

-Carmen POV-

I storm off to Levi's room and slam his door wide open.

"What the hell Carmen?" he yells

"What the hell Carmen? Really? More like what the hell Levi! How could you do that to Adelaide, shes been through so much, more than you could imagine and you were making her happy and making her forget about the bad stuff. But you just have to go ahead and ruin it!" I yell.

"God, Carmen. Look she was mysterious, she came out of no where. I had to know who she was if she was staying!"

"Shes leaving soon after Maddy's leg gets better! You didn't have to do that! They have to keep running, cant you understand that?" I quickly put my hand to my mouth. I shouldn't of said that.
