I slowly blink my eyes open, I look around and hear a heart thermometer beep. Where am I? Turning my head I see a girl with long brown hair and a boy with messy black hair, Jared and Maddy.

"Hey. How are you holding up?" asked Jared.

"Where am I?" I ask.

"The Twilight pack hospital"

I sit up looking around confused.

"What happened?"

The door opens up and Isabella comes in.

"After you shifted you let Alaska take over, shes strong. Took every man out there except for Darren and the beta who were not there. I helped Alaska get out a bit and then Tom and Karly found us." she smiles.

"Are you okay Bella?" I ask.

"Yeah, I'm just waiting for one more cut to heal" Madelyn gets up and goes to rub her back.

"Mads, why didn't you tell me about Bella?"

"I was afraid I guess. I mean, my mates a girl and I love her but I thought you might not like it."

"Are you kidding?" I reply "I'm so happy for you! I'm not against you being gay Madelyn. It's okay"

Maddy starts to cry tears of joy and comes towards me with a hug, I tell Bella to join the hug as well and so she does.

"And are you okay Jared?" I ask.

"Never could've been better" he smiles.

The door opens and Levi walks in.

"Hey guys, can I talk to Adelaide for a minute?" he asks.

Everyone walks out and Jared closes the door. Levi walks towards me and picks up my wrist, rubbing over my pack mark.

"Alpha's daughter of the Crescent Moon pack huh?"

"Uh yeah"

There was awkward silence, I wonder if he knows about Carmen?

"Carmen was strong you know and so was her mate Shawn. They both had kind hearts, I understand why they saved you and your sister along with Bella"

I start tearing up, saying nothing. I feel this big guilt down inside me. Like it's all my fault what has happened. Levi wipes the tear away and tells me its not my fault and kisses me on the cheek. I grab his shirt and bring him back towards me, our lips crashing. It felt like fire and I didn't want it to stop.

He never left my room after that, I opened up to him and was honest about everything and our relationship grew to honesty, kindness and love. A few days later I was free to go and I slept in Levi's room and lets just say we had restless sleep but we loved each other, marking ourselves the next night. The pattern on our necks we had was beautiful, a crescent moon with stairs around it.

The pack was happy and we were happy.
