Chapter 12

Luke was nervous. He had never been on a date, he doesn't even know how dates work, but he was still going to ask Michael on one. Luke was going to ask him tonight. Luke had a plan, he would have to get the other boys and Halia in on it, he hoped it would work out. He walked into the living room of the 5SOS house, they started staying there instead of his parents house because they were complaining about the noise. He walked into the living room and saw everybody sitting and watching tv.

His eyes were drawn to Michael. The way his lips pouted slightly when consentraiting on something. His eyes sparkled and his cheeks were chubby and cute. Michael was just perfect in Luke's eyes. 

"Hey Halia? Can I talk to you?" Luke asked, his eyes tore away from Michael. Halia hopped up and dragged Luke into the kitchen. 

"What do you want?" She asked, grabbing a pop from the fridge. 

"I need help. I want to take Michael on a date tonight, and I already have everything planned, but I need other people," Luke said.

"Tell me what you have planned," Halia said. 

"Well, I wanted to set up this candle light picnic thing in the park and like have Ashton and Calum lead him there with a blindfold on and you would help me set the spot at the park up." He explained. 

"Oh my god you're so gay, but that's really cute," she laughed.

"Lets get this plan in action," Luke said.

Luke was nervous.

He was at the park with Halia, setting up for Michael and his date. He had gave Ashton and Calum instrutions to bring Michael to the park at exactly 8:30, and it was 8:20. They were done, so now they wait. Once the other boys get there, they were to leave. 

"Halia I'm so nervous," Luke confessed. 

"It will be fine. Trust me," she said and a car pulled up, "there's your man, have fun love you," and she sped off to the car. 

Ashton and Calum were leading Michael to the picnic blanket on the ground. He got to the edge of it all and took off his blindfold. 

"L-Luke. This is amazing," Michael said, marvelling at what Luke did for him. 

There was a big picnic blanket, big enough for about five people. There was one picnic basket on the edge of that, obviously contaning food. There were papter lanters of all different colors in the trees, candles on the bench near the blanket, and candles surrounding them, giving it the perfect lighting. 

They boys and Halia left, leaving just Michael and Luke.

"Is it okay?" Luke asked, obviously stressed. 

Michael looked at Luke, "Are you kidding? This is more than okay! I love it Luke, and I love you,"

Luke smiled and pulled Michael close to him, "I love you too Mikey," he said and kissed Michael. 

"So what'd you bring for food?" Michael asked. Luke grabbed the basket that was behind him and opened it. He pulled out pizza and soda.

"Oh Luke, you know the way to my heart," Michael said dramatically. 

"I know, that's why you're mine," Luke said and laughed. 

"Luke, you seem really really happy, and that makes me really really happy, but are you sure you're okay? Everything seems like it would be too much for you. And now that you know about your sister, I just wanna make sure you're okay," Michael said. 

Luke thought for a minute, "Michael, I am okay. I'm more than okay. I have you, the most amazing boyfriend in the world, I have the the best friends in the world and the best sister in the world and everything is awesome right now. You really don't have to worry about me Mikey,"

"I know Luke, but I still will worry about you, I will always worry about you and that's because I love you," Michael said, putting his hand on Luke's.

Luke smiled at Michael and continued with their date.

Michael and Luke got back late, about 1:30 in the morning.

"Luke, I'm not tired. Can we watch a movie?" Michael loudly whispered. 

"What movie Mike?" Luke asked.

"Frozen. You go put it on and I'll get blankets. You go make popcorn too," Michael said and ran off. 

Luke laughed and went into the kitchen to make the popcorn, well, put it in the microwave for three minutes. He turned the microwave on and went back into the living room and put the movie in, letting the previews roll. 

"Okay, I got the blankets," Michael said, giddy. 

The microwave beeped just at Michael finished his sentence. 

"I'll grab that," Luke said.

He came back and Michael was settled on the couch, looking at the screen with his cute face again. With the bowl of popcorn in his hands, Luke sat down next to the older boy, getting under the blankets and cuddling in. 

The movie started, and Michael was sqealing over little Kristoff and Sven. 

"They're just so cute okay? I can't help it when somethings that adorable," Michael whispered after Luke started giggling because of him. 

"Just cuddle with me and watch the movie," Luke said.

"I love you Luke,"

"I love you too Mikey,"
