How on earth do all of these people look so good?

"Move! Move! Move!" Jess angrily yelled at the group of shirtless men that I just so happened to have been staring at.

It wasn't my fault, they were all sweaty and muscular and just so... yummy looking. I was shamelessly looking at them as if they were pieces of meat and I most definitely could not help that.

"Do not look at my mate!" Jess snapped at one of the younger men when he looked over at me.

I blushed, picking a piece of grass up beside my sleeping son.

Thomas laughed as he wiped some sweat off of his face. "Come on, little baby! Let's tumble."

"Alpha..." Sanders was going to beg, I could tell, and I knew that Jess didn't like those who begged. Well, maybe he did.

I think that begging turns Jess on or gets him off or something.

"I warned you to not look at my mate and son, yet you kept turning your gaze to her." Jess's voice was calm, a little too calm for someone who just sent another to his death match. "Now, fight."

It didn't take more than three seconds for Thomas to attack Sanders. Sanders fought back as best as he could, but, honestly, it wasn't much of a fight. Sanders was pinned down and 'dead' within minutes.

Poor kid.

"Why are you so mean to them?"

Jess leaned back against the tree. "If I am not strict, my warriors will fail. My pack will be taken over, my pack will be harmed, and I will not be as respected as I am and should be."
