Casadon Erik's P.O.V
"Take up arms. Fight. Fight!" Gandalf barks.
I skid across the floor, to grab the only thing I have thing I have left of her. My body somewhat now cascaded over floor. When my emaciated fingers latch around the swords handle. My other hand clasps upon Thorin's sword. Orcrist. The goblin cleaver. Thorin detected that I was holding authority against his sword, so I discharged it threw the air. Putting my sword in its sheath; being against the essence of time, I grab my axe and swing it across my body at the disgusting legs of an incoming goblin. It doesn't go straight through the goblin which it should despite the amount of strength used to kill to useless thing. Yet it makes a cut deep enough to let him bleed to death. Never again would I want to make an encounter with goblins.
Goblin begin to run at Gandalf. To be honest I don't blame them. Yet he is stronger and murders them with his sword and staff. I'd quite like a staff. Good for hitting things. But I need to get close to him to keep my ground; or use him to protect myself enough from getting killed. The Great Goblin is still lying on the floor, effortlessly managing to point at Gandalf's sword.
"He wields the Foe-Hammer, the Beater, bright as daylight," He cries aloud to his goblins.
As the dwarves reach for their weapons; reclaiming them, to protect themselves against the unwanted fear they have developed from the rampaging goblins. The dwarf Nori lands on the floor whilst fighting this unfair battle. The Great Goblin runs at him, swinging his mace above his head, ready to end the dwarves life.
"Nori!" A dwarf cries out, to warning there friend to move.
It would be too late for the dwarf to move clear from danger. I stride my legs fast enough to save Nori. Pressuring one foot on a hunched over goblin's back; jumping through the air preparing myself to stop this madness. Placing my arm bracers, over my face. They with be able to withstand the force of the mace. I stand in front of Nori. My body is prepared for this incoming impact. The arm-bracers are made of Tilkal-the strongest metal from Valinor-they were able to deflect the Great Goblin's blow. A wave of shock erupts from the armour itself. It causes the beast to stumble backwards and fall of the edge of the platform to the forgotten depths of the cave.
With Harnil being in the sheath on my back, I take no time to divulge the weapon. For her. Everything I've done was for her. Everything. Twirling it in my hands before attacking the vile creatures that lurked in this place. The place that they are to call home. This is no home.
"Follow me. Quick! Run!" Gandalf clamors from the horde of raging goblins.
Gandalf leads a pathway away from the throne room, cutting down anything that move and may be a goblin. We run for daylight.
We run through suspended passageways. The sudden gust of the running wind in the opposite direction as which we are escaping from and yet my hair is the last thing I'm concerned about. But this man-made wind cause the strands that are unplaced and untouched to wander freely behind my elven ears. We run through the cave they called a 'town' with the reminder of what left is alive in this cave. Well, I wouldn't say that they normal living creatures. However, hundreds towed behind us. Revenge. They seek revenge.
This is becoming a game of survival.
And never again will I be consulting myself with goblins.
"Quickly!" Gandalf shouts from in front of the long que of dwarves. I'm lurking towards the back of the que; with the corner of eye checking on any fast goblins that might want to my an impact with myself or any dwarf that is also near the back. Thorin's near the back as well.
