"Take it or leave it, baby take it or leave it, but I know you won't leave. Cause I know that you need it!", I sang as I dramatically pointed my finger at a highly amused Alex.

"Look in the mirror, when I look in the mirror. Baby I see clearer, why you'd want me nearer.", at this I had flipped the mirror down and looked at my reflection, pouting slightly.

Alex laughed from the driver's side. All the past crying and drama had been forgotten as Alex had driven out of the school parking lot and had promised to take me somewhere I'd never forget.

Somewhere in the midst of sappy love songs, my latest favourite song, Fetish by Selena Gomez had come up and I'd started to belting out the lyrics along the radio.

This provided great amusement to Alex and I was truly happy to be able to distract him from his previous state.

"I'm not surprised, I sympathise. I can't deny your appetite......."

"You got a fetish for my love!", Alex and I both sang at the same time, pointing towards eachother.

"Oh no buddy, no. You aren't stealing my spotlight.", I growled, as I turned down the music so I could give Alex a piece of my mind.

No one, meaning no one interrupts my karaoke. And certainly not a handsome devil going by the name of Alexander King.

"Doll face, come on. We both know you want me bad."

"Cocky much?"

"You'd be too, if you had this body.", he gestured to himself.

"Puh-lease. Your face makes me wanna puke, but seems like somebody already did."

"Remember when I asked for your opinion? Me neither."

We glared at eachother, never breaking eye contact.

Want to know the best part? We were in the middle of a traffic jam. All around us people were shouting and honking at us to move it.

"I think we should move.", I grumbled, not breaking eye contact.

"I don't think we should."

That's when an old man tapped Alex's side of window.

Without even sparing a glance at the old man, with his eyes still locked with mine, he raised his middle finger and pulled off at a crazy speed limit, leaving everyone in his dust.

I quickly twisted in my seat to catch our audience's reaction. I felt an odd satisfaction in my chest, as I gazed back at their open mouths.

Laughing hysterically, I twisted back in my seat.

Once I was sober enough, I risked a glance at Alex who was already staring at me, biting his lip.

That set me off again and Alex soon joined me.

------------

After about 15 minutes, we were driving along the outskirts of our town.

"Where are we going?", I whined for the fifth time in the past ten minutes.

Alex like all the times before, ignored me.

"Alex, Alex, Alex-"
