My alarm clock goes off, stirring me from my wonderland dreams. I sit up, rubbing my eyes. I lug myself out of bed, opening up the blinds. It is still dark outside, so I don't know why I do it.

I pull myself over to the bathroom, and turn on the hot water in the shower. The steam fills the bathroom and I inhale the moist air, closing my eyes. After I shower, I pull my hair into a braid, so it will dry wavy.

It is Friday now, and I am sure happy it is. Last nights event come flooding back, invading my memory.

I pull open the closet door, and meander through the sections of my closet for an outfit. It is free dress day at school, so we can wear whatever we want. I pull on a white ruffled lace tank top and slide on my blue skinny jeans. I pick a pair of southern looking white peep toe heels, and slide on a cute blue bracelet.

I grab my bag from the hook on the wall and slide in the report due today. Max honks the horn outside and as I walk by Brandon's room, I hear him snoring gently. I grab a pop tart from the box in the pantry and slide into the front seat of the Range Rover.

"Good morning Ellie! How are you this morning?" Max asks, turning out of the driveway. The paparazzi are still there, just not in as big of numbers as before. Most left to cover new gossip about celebrities.

"I'm actually feeling pretty good, considering it is so early. I feel like today will be a good day!" I say, clapping my hands together and shrugging my shoulders.

Awhile later, we pull up in front of the school. I get out and thank him and he tells me Brandon will be picking me up today.

"Oh, why?" I say, closing the door. Through the open window, he shrugs at me. I shrug it off too, and proceed up the steps of Chance.

"Hey Ellie! How is it going?" Jessica Werner taps me on the shoulder. I turn around to face her and the first thing I see is her overly red lips.

"Oh, hey Jessica. Its okay," I say, smiling very fake. I can't believe she is stupid enough to not take the hint. Instead, she pulls her manicured fingers through my hair and says, "Oh, well if you ever need someone to talk to, come and see me. We can go get our hair done or our nails done, or maybe go to a party! Just call me Ell!"

Jessica smiles and flaunts away towards her boyfriend, Sam. I sigh and walk towards Cameron, who saw the whole thing.

"Someone is a person of interest," Cam says, smirking evilly.

"She won't leave me alone, I even dropped a huge hint for her to go away. She either ignored it, or her pretty little head is so fogged by perfume she couldn't tell."

Cameron lets out a faint snicker, and I choke back my own laughter.

"Hey guys, what's up?" Jen says, joining us.

"Oh, hey Jen. It seems like forever since we have talked," I say, smiling at her.

"Yeah, no kidding! Text me lady!" She jokes.

"Excuse me, are you Ms. Morgan?" A lady with some very fancy clothes says.

"Uh, yes, that's me. Can I help you?"

"Yes, could you please step into the office for a minute," She says, her heels click on the concrete floor as she turns around.

I look back at Cam and Jen, who look as puzzled as I do. I shrug and follow her into the office and through a door where the teachers usually hold meetings.

"Have a seat right there," The lady says, pointing towards a spot in front of a binder.

"Okay," I say, pulling out the chair. I sit down, awkwardly.
