Chapter 11: Is It Real?

April’s POV

Nandito kami ngayon sa classroom nakikinig kay sir Saimon at nagtatake note at nakikinig lang ako.

"Our Powers are harmless if we use it to a good way.. Of course if you use it to a bad way is vice versa. Our powers can be controlled by ours. Okay?"

Tumango naman kami at nagpatuloy siya doon. Ako naman nakikinig lang habang nakatingin sa bintana.

"Study your notes, we have a test next week. Class Dismissed." Sir Saimon said.

Agad ko naman inayos yung shoulder bag ko. Maliit lang yung shoulder bag ko 2 notebook lang naman yung laman eh. Lumabas naman kami at pumunta sa next class namin.

Pagdating namin sa room marami nang tao umupo agad kami sa upuan namin as usual tinitignan na naman kami. As a commander of the Young Head, hindi na maiiwasan yan. Package deal kumbaga. Nandyan yung may magkakagusto na ganun rin sila, nandyan yung huhusgahan ka, at higit sa lahat nandyan na rin yung expectation sayo ng taong nakapalibot sayo. Which is mahirap maabot dahil sa sobrang taas ng expectations nila.

"Hey." Napatigil naman ako sa pagiisip nung bigla akong tinawag ni Jairo. "Are you okay?"

I nodded. "Yeah."

"Insecure with yourself." He said and shook his head. "I told you don't mind them. Pabayaan mo lang sila. You’re strong and great." Then he smiled.

I just smiled at him. This Jairo, hindi ko ineexpect na magiging kaclose ko siya. Sa kanilang dalawa ni Arwin. Siya ang mas kaclose ko hindi lang halata. He's always see me like this sometimes when I'm vulnerable and sometimes when I have a problem. Sometimes nakakapagshare din ako ng mga prinoproblema ko sa kanya. Sometimes sa kanya ako nakakapagopen up. Alam niya kung may problema ako, he know me too well. Lagi siyang nandyan para sakin. Maybe alam niya halos lahat tungkol sakin even if I don't know how he did that. It's like he just know me for a long time. He's like my guy-bestfriend or brother or something else to me.

"Hey. Masyadong malalim iniisip mo Aps." Jairo whispered. Nagdidicuss na pala si Ma’am Haira. I don't even notice masyado akong naoccupy sa iniisip ko.

"Hindi naman." I said and nakinig na lang kay Maam.

Nagdiscuss lang siya ng nagdiscuss hanggang sa lumipas ang two hours.

Naglakad kami papuntang Header's Building para ihatid si Flix. Para makapagpahinga at maghanda sa training niya mamaya.

"April Joy ikaw ha." Nagulat naman ako nung may bumulong sakin. Si Flix. Na nakangiti ng nakakaloko sakin.

"What?" I said confusely.

"What ba talaga o.. " pabitin pa

"O ano?" I frowned.

"O nagmamaang maangan lang." Sabi tapos nakangiti ng nakakaloko. Napataas naman ang kilay ko.

"What are you talking about?"

She shrugged. Okay that's weird..

Tahimik na lang kaming naglakad hanggang makarating kami sa building. Pagkatapos namin ihatid si Flix, pumunta kami sa Head's Office. Para magreport.

"So How is she?" Tanong ni tita Flixer.

"She's fine Lady." Sagot ni Arwin.

"Her Training, How was it?"

"She is great Lady, she's improving fast." I said then smiled at her.

"That's nice and it's nice to see you smiling again." Then she smiled at me and I just nodded.

"Lady, If you don't mind, can we leave now?" Tanong ni Jairo. Ngumiti naman sa kanya si Tita Flixer.

"Sure, marami pa rin akong gagawin." She said.

Lumabas naman kami. Pero bago ko pa maisara yung pinto Tita called me.

"Joy." She said. I immediately enter.

"Yes, tita?" I asked.

"Don't worry about it, your under my care, all of us will be fine. You may go."

I just nodded and out of her office. Nandun naman sila Jairo pagkalabas ko kaya agad kami umalis.

I sighed in relief I guess because of Tita said earlier. Siguro naman makakahinga na ko ng maluwag dahil si Tita na ang bahala dun.

"Are you okay?" Jairo asked.

"Yes." I said.

"Don't worry about it Joy, you'll be fine." Arwin said.

I just nodded. I know that they are right. But hindi ko maiwasan magalala. Pero isasantabi ko yun. I believe in them. I know that they will protect me. So no matter what happen I will protect them too.

It's already 1:50PM. Naglalakad kami papuntang Training Building para sa training ni Flix. Si Seiko ang Trainer niya. Magaling din talaga si Seiko. As I remember he's the left hand of the Head-- Tita Flixer, I wonder who is the right hand.

Pagkarating namin dun. Nagsimula agad silang dalawa kami nanonood lang dito sa isang bench.

So she is in the second Stage. She's definitely strong because in her second day she's in the second stage immediately. That's nice. But I can say she's not that good in mental strength. But her physical strength is was so strong. She's will be stronger when she reach the last level.

I'm in my Fourth Stage, because I started training earlier than Flix. We have a training 5 times a week.

Napatingin namin kami nang bumukas yung pinto maski yung dalawa doon. I froze when I see her.

"Seiko drop this training with Young Lady." She said while walking towards Seiko. "That's an Head's order."

"Fine Alice." Seiko said.

"Tita Alicia." Flix said. Yes she is the one who entered the room. My mother Alicia Reyes.

"Hi Flix." She said and smiled at her. She looked at me. "Hi April." And she walked towards me and hugged me.

"Mom." I said as the tears fell down to my face. I really miss her. Her voice, her warmth, everything.

"Shh.. Let's talk later April. Sorry we have a thing to settle. I love you April." And humiwalay siya.

"I love you too Mom." And then umalis na sila.

"It's nice that you see each other again." Arwin said. I am confuse with that.

"What do you mean? Do you know her?" I asked.

"Of course we know her. She's the right hand of the Head. And we know also that you are the daughter of her." Jairo said and smiled at me. What? She's the right hand of the Head?

"What? So.. That means.." Flix said at nagulat din siya.

“They knew each other matagal na, ang alam ko childhood bestfriends sila at magkapartner sila dati kaya naman naging right hand din siya ni Lady Flixer.” dagdag pa ni Jairo.

"She's my friend.. And my partner."

So they knew each other. Kaya pala sinabi ni Mommy yun and what most shocking is right hand siya, she also have a high position.
