The next day Quinn awoke to the morning rays filling her room with light. She had to get up early this morning as did the rest of her year group because they were all going on a trip to holy island.

The trip would supposedly take 1 hour and 20 minutes and we had to be back on the bus for 8 at night.

Quinn set about choosing her outfit for the day not knowing what to decide on . In the end she decided she didn't care what everyone else thought so she ended up wearing some cute boots, an old top , black jeans and a blue hoodie.

When they got on the bus Quinn sat next to Leo , megan and jane sat next to each other. "The journey will take 1 hour and 20 minutes we will arrive there at approximately 8 o'clock and we will have to be back on the bus by 8pm tonight. If we miss the bus tonight we won't be able to get back until 3am . Thank you " boomed the loud speaker . Once the teachers had stopped talking every one started talking again and the bus was stuffy bus was filled with loud conversations and uproarious laughter.

"So what do you wanna do? " Leo said.

"I don't know. what do you want to do?"Quinn replied .

"How about we play 20 questions?" he grinned with a smile going from ear to ear.

Quinn sighed and thought back to the last time she had played twenty questions. It had been a nightmare she never knew what it was and never knew what to pick when it was her go.

"I'm not playing twenty questions" she answered.

"Oh but why not?" He started trying to make the cutest face he could but Quinn knew it wouldn't work on her. "Pretty please " he chuckled.

"No you know I don't like it"

"Well Quinn why don't you listen to what my version of twenty questions is "

She brightened up straight away realising she was off the hook. "Okay"

"It's when you- oh look playing kids games I thought you said I was the little kid well I think you were talking about yourself " jack had interupted Leo's explanation and was know smiling back at them from the seats in front of them . His teeth yellow with plaque.

"What do you want now jake" quinn mumbled , she was sick of jake butting in on everything and always taunting her only because he knew she would react.

She had a good mind just to punch him right here and right now to stop him winding her up the whole journey there.

"I will get my revenge quinn mark my words" and with that final remark he plugged in some headphones and ignored them.

Leo and Quinn stared at each other and then a smile crossed both of there faces and they both burst out laughing. "Attention kids stop talking and have a rest before we get there" boomed the loud speaker again.

They all obeyed the speakers and had a rest. Quinn was on the outside chair so she just held her head up by putting her elbow on the arm rest. where her hand held her face up her rosy cheeks sat on top of it in one big bunch.

Leo however just rested his head on the window and thought of Quinn and how he wanted to help her so badly but didn't know how. He cared a great deal about her and he would never put her in harms way. More than once he thought of waking her up and talking about what was going on with her but for now he would just let her sleep.

Quinn awoke a great deal later and found that she was resting on Leo's shoulder and when she turned her head , she saw him watching her with content eyes. Had he been watching her the whole time? Did she move onto him or did he move her onto him?

"The armrest get to uncomfortable for you " Leo whispered with a big smile on his face . Everyone else was still asleep.

"Yeah something like that " she smiled back.

"Have you been awake the whole time?"

"No I woke up about 5 minutes before you did"

Wait so When Leo had woke up why Hadn't he moved her off of him?

Quinn spoke through the silence of the bus " How long do you reckon until we get there"

" see for yourself " he said pointing to the window.

Quinn lay over Leo and pulled herself to the window . She saw the sand spreading out for about a mile on either sides before meeting the sea with a clash.

They were on the strip of road between the mainland and holy island. The buildings on the island were astonishing , white , black and grey stone made up the huge and magnificent cliffs of the island.

The loud speaker screeched making most people wake up. A voice came over the speaker "sorry about that kids, ok can i have your attention. We will be arriving in about 15 minutes and before we get off the bus make sure you have everything and absolutely no wondering off.

Quinn felt a light tap on her shoulder from behind. It was jane "guys we need to have as much adventures as we can today"

"Agreed "said quinn hoping for an adventure today

They eagerly walked to the front of the bus , all playfully pushing each other as they went. Jane was to busy walking backwards so she could push quinn to notice that she was about to walk into an unsuspecting teacher she turned around and went straight into the teacher sending him flying and landing face down on the floor about a metre away. Quinn, Leo and megan had to cover there mouths to stop the fits of laughter coming out but a few little chuckles escaped there lips. Meanwhile jane was trying to pick the teacher up off the floor and saying "I'm so sorry sir I didn't see you , are you okay?.I'm really sorry". The teacher got back to his feet scowling "no harm done".
Janes face glowed a bright red across her cheeks and her nose.
Jane sharply turned around and whispered angrily at them " It's not funny guys ". By this time the teacher had gotten off of the bus, and everyone who had seen the accident except for jane , burst out laughing hysterically. Jane started to walk towards the door at the front of the bus, and strode off hoping to brush off the accident with the teacher. Quinn was after jane to get off the bus so she did the same as when they were in the bunker she jumped the last few steps landing with a thud . The rest of her friends turned around to look at her and Jane said "quinn you honestly have to stop doing that".

A balding middle aged man walked up to us it was Mr Renold . "Quinn megan"

"Have we done something wrong sir"

"No not at all " he replied ."  I just wanted to tell you that you will be in a team with the Finchley twins for the rest of the day"

Quinns heart dropped , well this day probably couldn't get any worse.
