The Wicca

About an hour later Luhan and Kris returned to the EXO-K mansion. Avery went up to them and hugged them,

"I'm glad you both made it back okay. What's happening over there? How are Lay and Xiumin?"

Luhan looked down and Kris sighed,

"Well.... they're like this. I can't wake them up and I'm worried if I try they might attack. There was something about them. An... aura. It felt dangerous. Feral. I didn't want to push it so we came back here. Something's wrong. Very wrong."

Kris explained as he leaned against the wall. Avery sat down on the bed, a thoughtful look on her face as Luhan went over to Kai,

"Lay could've healed Kai. Maybe even figured out what's going on. He knew more about this stuff then any of us. I only remember what he told me."

"Which is?"

Avery interjected. Luhan turned to her,

"Magic. Wicca. Spirits and dark powers and daemons. He only mentioned something like this once and it would take a powerful Wicca or enchantress. There's no one I can think of who could even attempt-"

Luhan cut himself off abruptly as his eyes widened. He turned to Kris who tilted his head in confusion,

"What is it, Lu?"

Luhan ran a hand through his hair and sat down next to Avery. He looked around at the others as he spoke,

"This was done by a powerful Wicca. And not just any, one who knows us. One who knows what we are. What's affecting them is very specific. This was done by someone who knows us and wants to hurt us."

The room fell silent for a moment before Baekhyun spoke,

"But who?"

Luhan looked at him anxiously as Baekhyun put the pieces together. Baekhyun's eyes widened when he finally did,

"Oh my god."

He said, shock and slight fear lacing his voice. Tao put his head in his hands while Chen ran his hand through his hair. Kris sighed worriedly and put his head back against the wall. Avery looked around at the boys as she spoke,

"Could one of you tell me who it is?"

Irritation seeped into her voice as she looked at each of them. The room fell quiet with a painful tension in the air. Finally, Chen looked over at Avery. His eyes held worry and fear as he spoke,

"The only Wicca we know of who could do this..."

He trailed off slightly, taking a deep breath to steady his nerves from the realization,

"The only Wicca who could do this is the woman who made us what we are. The one who used us. The one each of us loved completely. The... the one we killed."

Chen stopped short as Kris put his hand on Chen's shoulder. The alpha wolf looked over at Avery, dread dropping from his words as he spoke, answering the question forming on Avery's lips,

"Isabel. The Wicca... is Isabel."
