Chapter 22

A month has passed by, and it's been getting stressful. I still haven't chose if I wanted to go to the USA or not. I also haven't told Dan about this, and Phil just told me when I'm ready I can, so today is the day. I texted Dan to meet me at the park so we can go on a "date."
"You ready Y/N" Phil asks me. "Yeah I'm coming out." I get out my room and we're both in the living room. "Ok Y/N" he says "I don't want anything bad to happen...."
"Phil don't worry" I say "I can handle it, I'll text you if it all goes wrong."
"Alright then." We both hug and I head out. I had lots of questions, well honestly, my questions were based on if Dan wasn't gonna like it and just leave me.

I'm walking by the park and my stomach is turning, I'm hoping that nothing goes wrong. I look up the sky and it looks like it's gonna rain, so I run to find Dan.
"Y/N" I hear "over here!" I turn and see Dan waving. I walk towards and kiss him. "Hey Dan" I say "let's head inside somewhere, it looks like it's gonna rain. He nods and we head inside Starbucks. As we entered, it started pouring down rain. We sat down and ordered the usual. I started fiddling with my shirt and I kept looking down. "Y/N, you ok" he asks. "Yep, just fine" I lie. "Uh, order for Dan and Y/N" we hear the waiter say. Dan gets up and gets our drinks and sets them on the table. "Hold on, I'm gonna use the restroom" I say. I rush to the woman's restroom and I clutch on to the sink. "Ok Y/N, it's gonna be ok, just breathe, if Dan gets mad about it, don't over react." I talked to myself for a while, then sighed.
"Ok, let's do this."
I get out, trying to relax myself, then I see someone at the table with Dan. I was just guessing it was just a fan, or even an old friend of his, so I walk up and introduce myself. "Excuse me" I say, tapping on their shoulder "hi I'm Y/N."
"Y/N" she says turning to me "Dan, who is this?"
"Is there a problem" I ask her while looking at her and Dan. "Well, um" Dan starts to say, but then the girl interrupts.
"He's my boyfriend." I look over at Dan and he's just sitting there, doing nothing. "Dan" I say "is this true?"
"No it's not" he says getting up "we're just mfphm!" She just kissed him, just like that. He tries to break it off, but then he just stopped. My heart shatters, anger and sadness fills inside me, so I barge out the restaurant with everyone watching. The cold breeze hits me and the rain is pouring. I turn around and look, Dan isn't there, of course, he was with someone this whole time, Nathen was right. I kept walking then I heard my name. "Y/N, Y/N wait! I could explain!" I didn't turn, I didn't want to hear him, so I walked faster. "Y/N" I hear "please!" I started to run, then something grabbed on to my wrist. I didn't look up, I stared at the ground. "Y/N" he says "listen, I.... I broke up with her a long time ago, she's crazy!"
"Crazy" I laugh "you're calling her crazy? You're the one who stopped struggling!" "Y/N, I...."
"What, you what? You should be with her, she's better then me, be with someone who hates the lighting and thunder at night, be with someone who will laugh at your jokes, be with someone, but I'm not that one." He lets go of my wrist and I walk away from him. "Oh wait, don't forget this" I say looking at him for the last time. I throw him the thing that made us closer, happier, the thing that was close to us, and he broke his promise with me, so I throw away mine at the ground. He looks down at the ground, and I run away from him, not knowing where, but I know I'm going home.
