Chapter 14

*Your POV*

I looked at her with confusion as the man holding me let go and stood up. I was strangely parched but that was beside the point. "What do you mean?" I said to her.

She just smiled and stood up. "Here." She said and pulled the man from before onto the couch, next to me. She pushed him closer to me and pricked his neck with her fingernail.

I saw the blood drip down his neck in awe. It smelt....good. I leaned in closer and licked the blood off of his neck.

By now I had completely lost control of myself and was drinking his blood with no hesitation whatsoever. I felt it relieving my dry throat and smiled in satisfaction. I was drinking for a bit before a hand rested on my shoulder.

"That's enough now, we can't have him fainting on us. I need him for something." Shizuka said subtly. I was hesitant at first but slowly took my fangs out of his neck. I licked the blood from my lips in satisfaction and looked at Shizuka.

From the corner of my eye I saw the reflection of myself in a mirror.

I saw a girl with long, brown hair, a face with blood dripping down from it and glowing red eyes. I looked at it further, that wasn't me, it can't be.

I pulled myself out of my thoughts and looked back at Shizuka. "Did you do this to me?" I asked and pointed to myself shakily. "What? You don't like it?" She chuckled and looked towards the man on the couch, looking unfazed with what just happened to him.

"Ichiru, clean yourself up, we will have some guests coming any moment." She ordered and he stood up from his position. When he stood up, his mask fell onto the floor revealing his face.

"Why do you look like zero?" I asked him before he left. "I thought he already told you. I'm Ichiru Kiryu, Zero's twin brother." He explained and left. Why didn't anyone tell me that he had a brother.

I got up from my current position and stepped toward the door. "Where do you think you're going." Shizuka stated and flashed in front of me. "let me leave, I already know everything, you can't give me information worth listening to." I said coldly. Her gaze harshened and I stepped back.

I felt a heat rising in my chest, and in the blink of an eye, Shizuka was standing in a huge ring of fire. When could I do that!?

She easily moved out of the way and behind me. She tapped my shoulder and I looked over my shoulder to see Maria with a huge grin on her face.

"You won't be leaving until I get what I came here for." Maria/Shizuka said.

"What do you want." "I can't tell you that." She hummed in her real body while Maria collapsed to the ground.

Almost if on cue, Shizuka threw something in my direction. I looked to my left to see a day class student lying unconscious next to me. Startled, I jumped back but someone stopped me. Shizuka obviously.

"you need to drain her entire body to complete the transformation. Do that and I might let you go." She said, the smile evident in her voice.

I gulped and leaned towards the student. If I did this, I can leave, it's not that bad right?

"I'm sorry." I whispered to the student before burying my fangs into her neck. She started to move in panicked way but I held her still. I drank her blood until her movements began to slow down.

While I was finishing, someone ran into the room. I brought my gaze to the door, still drinking the girls blood.

My eyes widened to see who it was. He was shocked to see me to, and to see what I was doing.

"y/n, what are you doing?" He asked me. I dropped the girl onto my lap and just stared at him. Blood dripped down from my face as I was unable to answer him.

I escaped my bloodthirsty trance and looked at him in worry. What have I done. That thought soon went away and my expression drastically to one similar to Shizuka's signature expression.

"My dear brother, I thought you would be happy to see your sister back to her old self." I said while opening my arms, signalling for him to hug me.

He only stepped up to me and looked at me in a concerned way. I felt dizzy just looking at Kaname and the whole room went spinning.

I fell to the ground and sent Kaname running to me.

*Kaname's POV*

I instantly went to y/n when she collapsed. "Hanabusa, take her and take her back to the dorms. Watch her carefully, she doesn't know the full extent of her powers yet." I said while looking at the burnt circle on the floor.
