Hello! So, I hope this is alright and I just want to thank you again for reading my story! Anyways, read on! Oh, and thanks for 200 views! :)
Chapter 14: Anonymous
Gym class was cancelled because of a liturgy. As the classes filed into the gymnasium, I noticed Lacy and Ray whispering with their heads together. I still think they are planning something. However, they make a big deal if the girl ahead of them has that same shirt as them.
I sat next to Riley from my baseball team. We had our last game of the season after school yesterday, placing second overall. The Grenville Grizzlies had 3 more points than us.
"Hey." I said to her, trying to be polite.
"Hi." Riley muttered turning her back to me to chat with Sarah. Wow.
I didn't really pay attention to the liturgy, which is actually quite surprising considering I had started to be more religious since I started going to church. It was over quickly and I met up with Christian in the hallway.
"What's up with you today?" He asked suddenly, walking out of the school.
"Pardon?" I asked, confused. I'm sure he didn't mean it in a rude way, but that was kind of random.
"You weren't really listening to the liturgy, something must be on your mind." He reached his arm around me and we walked in unison down the sidewalk.
I giggled under my breath. "You were watching me?" Christian blushed and we continued home in silence.

The nights until the dance seemed like they were in slow motion, classes seemed longer, and Cleo and our neighbours were spending even more time with Lacy and Ray.
My phone buzzed from my beside table. I hurried over and checked it, quickly replying when I saw it was from Christian.
"Hey."
"Hi."
"Getting ready?"
"Yeah, u?"
"Yep. So, are we walking together or do you want to get a ride with someone?"
"I like walking."
"Me too."
"Stop texting and let me get ready lol."
"Sorry, aha, bye <3"
I shut my phone off and continued combing my hair in the mirror above my bed, smiling because of the heart Christian had sent me. I still didn't know what I was going to do with the mob of light brown stuff on the top of my head. But I had an idea of where I could get some advice, but why was I afraid to ask?
Whatever, I was going to anyway.
I opened the bathroom door and knocked on the door to Skye's room where Cleo was still staying. It was actually Cleo who answered the door, thankfully.
"Cleo, can you please come into my room, our room. Just for a minute, I promise." I pleaded to the tall girl and she finally sighed and followed me back to the dorm.
"What do you want?"
"I need some advice. What do I wear? How do I put my hair, up or down? Should I put makeup on? Please, please help."
Cleo chuckled and pulled me over to my drawer. "First of all, get your outfit, then do your hair and makeup, which, by the way, you shouldn't use a lot of."
