Reading what you think Eli and Aeryn look like was really cool. I didn't really expect anyone to humour me, but I got some interesting descriptions. The thing that came up the most was you all think Aeryn is around 5'5" and Eli is in the 6' region, the inches varied.
I really want to thank you guys for reading and for your comments and votes and stuff, because I posted this with no goals in mind, just because I thought it was different and I'm still quite shocked anyone even read it, honestly. xD This was #31 in short story for a few days too, which was really cool!
So seriously, thank you. <3

A: "I've never had anyone around my house before."
E: "Why not?"
A: "Never had any friends to invite around."
E: "Well, I'm honoured to be the first to enter your living space."
A: "But you're going to be so bored, I have nothing interesting to show you or anything cool to do!"
E: "I didn't accept your invitation to visit your house to be entertained, it's just nice to see you."
A: "You say that now but later you'll be-"
E: "Aeryn, maybe we could have this conversation inside instead of standing on your doorstep where I'm pretty sure all your neighbours are staring at us."
A: "Oh, um, sorry - yeah."
E: "..."
A: "It's not very big, my dad's job doesn't pay too well so we can't afford anything bigger. Besides, there is only two of us."
E: "It's cosy. I'd love to live in a little house like this!"
A: "You're just saying that because right now I have the right to chuck you out."
E: "You would never do that, you love me too much."
A: "I - um-"
E: "Is your dad home?"
A: "Er, no, he's at work still."
E: "So it's just us then?"
A: "Us, and the creepy man in the opposite house who likes to peer in through my window."
E: "Charming."
A: "So here's my room."
E: "Oh wow, there's so many drawings on the wall!"
A: "It's not because I think they're great or anything, I just-"
E: "Don't worry, if I could draw like you my illustrations would be everywhere."
A: "You like to use big words, don't you?"
E: "Ah, yeah. That's because when we first met, you barely talked and whenever you did, you used all these long words so I went home and gathered my own little dictionary so I could communicate with you without you thinking I was stupid or something."
A: "Wow."
E: "Sounds a bit obsessive when I say it out loud. Sounded quite romantic in my head, honestly."
A: "No, it's...wow."
E:"Pretty sure 'wow' isn't a very complicated word."
A: "No, doing that was kind of my defense mechanism. If no one could understand me, I wouldn't have to talk to anyone."
E: "That's rather backwards for a girl who was lonely."
A: "Yeah, well, I have you now. I don't need anyone else."
E: "Well, I am flattered."
A: "Oh, hush."
