Four days later, both mama and baby were doing fantastic, Lindsey had managed to take Stevie to the hospital to get her checked over and the birth had apparently gone exceptionally well for a no medical experience birth, they were both now resting at home

Lindsey was doing a little bit of gardening when Stevie was watching from the window, suddenly Vanessa placed her hands on Stevie's shoulders

"Stevie..." she said softly

"Hi V! Why are you behind me?" She chuckled

"I've got something to show you."

"Okay?"

"I think my baby was bonded with Noah, like I am to you, and Fletch to Lindsey..."

"I don't understand?"

Vanessa came round to stand in front of Stevie, who's eyes went wide and watery when she looked at her friend

"Look Stephanie...they are okay, they made it..." Vanessa sobbed as she caressed her stomach, which had suddenly grown a lot larger than before, she was clearly about almost seven months pregnant

"Oh, Vanessa! This is another time I wish I could hug you!" she said, chuckling through her tears.

"Me too"

"Isn't she beautiful?" Fletcher said, suddenly appearing by her side.

"She is. She's gorgeous."

"I couldn't be happier" Fletcher kissed Vanessa's cheek and she positively beamed.

"I think if I were alive, I'd be glowing!" Vanessa said, laughing.

"I know you would be. I'm just so happy for you!"

"And I'm happy for you! You did amazing and he's so incredibly adorable. He looks so much like Lindsey."

"I know" Stevie said, smiling down at her baby who was now suckling at her breast. She stroked his soft dark curls lovingly. "I know this will sound funny but I don't even remember a time before he was here. He's changed everything in the most beautiful ways."

"And he's such a good baby, barely a peep." Vanessa said, gushing over the baby boy as well.

As if his ears were burning Lindsey walked through the door, stopping suddenly when he saw Vanessa and Fletcher

"Oh my god! Ness, the baby!" Lindsey exclaimed, getting a little emotional himself

"I know! I literally popped!" She laughed through tears, suddenly becoming hysterical quickly

"Nessie, what's wrong baby?" Fletcher asked worried, wrapping his arms around her tightly

"I don't want to be dead! I want to be real, and live a full life, feel the heat and breeze! Hug Stevie and Lindsey, hold Noah..." she sobbed hard

"Honey." Stevie spoke to her "I understand that so much, I would love nothing more than for all that for you! But think about it like this, if you were alive, it would of been years and years ago, and you wouldn't of met us all together, you're here for the rest of our lives, and then we will be ghosts with you!" Stevie smiled and coaxed a small laugh from Vanessa

"You're right, I'm just hormonal."

"Don't I know about that!" Lindsey chuckled and received a slap on the arm

"Not nice, Buckingham" Stevie said with chuckle.

"That wasn't very nice of you either, Buckingham." he said back and she smiled. "When he's done, do you want me to take him to his room?"

"Yes, thank you. You know, that day when Josephine was tearing the house apart and Vanessa said his room was one of the ones she destroyed, I was devastated."

"I came into the house and it looked like a bomb went off. I wouldn't usually say this but I'm happy it was just one of her mind games" Lindsey said.

"Me too." Stevie said.

"Me three" Vanessa said and everyone laughed.

There was a loud splashing sound outside and Stevie looked up to see out the back door. Shadows swept over the water and Fletcher went to go investigate.

"Speak of the devil" Stevie said. Fletcher returned moments later, smiling.

"Nope, it wasn't who we thought. Ramona Joy thought she would take a dip!"

"Oh Lindsey! You haven't met Ro!" Stevie said excitedly

"Then take me to meet her!"

Walking outside Fletcher leaned over the pool side, calling his sisters name "Ramona?" She surfaced quickly and got out the pool standing next to Fletcher

"Hi Ro!" Stevie said smiling

"Hello miss Stevie."

"I've told you before, drop the miss!" She laughed and Ramona agreed. "Anyway Ro, id like you to meet Lindsey, my husband! Lindsey, Ramona, Fletcher's little sister!"

"Yes we've met before, Ramona here likes to play tricks on people." Lindsey flashed the girl a smile and winked at her, causing her to giggle

"Ahhh...'the little girl who ran into the mirror'? I knew it!" Stevie said.

"Yeah, yeah, gloat all you want but she's the one who helped me believe in your little ghost stories."

"Don't start, Linds." Stevie said, pointing a finger at him and he chuckled.

"Now that we have all met and we have all become great friends, can we relax a little? The entire time we have lived here, it's been a mad house. Frankly, I'm tired!" Lindsey said.

"Amen!" Stevie said in agreement. The baby yawned in her arms. "And so is Mr Man here."

"Let me take him up, mama" Lindsey said. Stevie picked up her son and kissed her softly before handing him to his father.

"Night night, baby boy" Stevie said, blowing him a kiss. "I love you"

Lindsey smiled and left the room with him, rocking the little boy back into a peaceful slumber.
