Kathryn was walking in the corridor.
She was so confuse.
Her eyes become puppy from crying.
She didn’t pay attention to what’s around her.
What’s she heard from Daniel kept on repeating in her head.

“Yes, it is Kathryn”
“But she’s already Enrique's fiancée. She won’t love you back.”
“I don’t care! I love her and that’s all that matters. I don’t care even if she doesn’t love me back. All I wanted is just to be next to her. With her every smile and even at her every tears. I don’t care even how painful it is. She’s all I ever need. I admit that it kills me inside to see her with another man but if this is all that she could offer I won’t ask for anything else.” Daniel confesses.

Again tears starts to form from her eyes when…
“Kath?” the voice was full of concern.
Kathryn raise her head only to see En's
worried face.
“Are you ok?” he raises his hands to touch her cheek. Enrique felt like a razor is
shredding his heart while seeing her cry. He wanted to hug her, to comfort her to protect
her.
“What happen?” En said as he looks into her eyes. Kath look at him for a second
then lowered her head.
“N-nothing… I’m just not feeling well ..that’s all” Kath said in a low voice.
En knew that’s not the reason. He can sense that Kath is hiding something from
him but he choose not to pressure her.
“If that’s the case, I’ll take you home so that you could take a rest.” En said after a
sigh.
“Thanks”

Kathryn was so tired that as soon as she gets to her room she fell a sleep.
After a few hours she was awaken by a call from her mobile. She reach out to her cell not
bothering to look who it was.
“Hello?” Kath said as she slowly open her eyes. The first thing she notices was the
darkness in her room. She had sleep to much that it’s already night. Her eyes start to
widen as she saw tiny stars covering her room.
“I hope they could take away all your sorrows” Enrique said from the other line.
“I’ve left some food in the table just in case you get hungry. Get well soon.”
Just before Kath said anything he already hang up. She again scans her room and lets
out a smile.
