A/N: Above is my idea of what Knight Security foyer looks like, to the left is the offices of Ralph and staff, the smaller door on the right is panic room, and next door is the conference room.
The journey back to Kelly's office was quiet, Stacey was lost in her thoughts not paying much attention to where they were going, but glad that they were finally leaving the area in case Tyler comes back, Kelly glanced back at Stacey and then over to her Dad and then sighed.
"She'll be okay," he told her quietly, "she just needs to process everything, painkillers, and sleep wouldn't hurt either," he added while glancing at Stacey in the rearview mirror.
Kelly nodded, "Did you inform Tyler of what has happened tonight?" she asked Ralph while watching the road before them.
"No," Ralph said, "he rang before to tell me that Shannon had positively identified Anthony as the person who assaulted her two years ago, but with this just happening I thought we would gather more information before we say anything."
"So that is two," Kelly said with a nod, "I just hope that Martha is able to get the others to speak out as well."
"She has her work cut out, that's for sure," Ralph said shaking his head as they paused at traffic lights before moving onto the city bypass to head back into Ipswich.
"Maybe Gina could talk to them," Kelly said glancing over to Ralph, "she knows them and how they tick."
"Not a bad idea," Ralph replied with a nod, "I'll put it to her tomorrow when they come back for our meeting with the detectives," with that decided they became silent for the rest of the trip, the only noise in the car was the radio playing and someone shifting in their seat.
Stacey woke with a start when the car stopped, not realizing that she dozed off. Looking out the window, she could see that they were stopped outside a building complex and were waiting for the gate to open. She watched as Ralph drove in and parked in a bay close to the elevators. After turning the car off, Kelly and Ralph got out and Kelly opened Stacey's door so she could get out also. As Stacey moved her legs she groaned, the pain on the right side of her body was intense. Once her legs were out, Stacey grabbed hold of the door and the side of the car and pulled herself up, gasping out loud as her bruised muscles protested with the movement.
"Are you okay," Kelly asked in concern as she watched Stacey stand and gasp with pain, thinking that they should have taken her to the hospital.
"Just sore," Stacey told her as she leaned against the car as she breathed through the pain, "my right side is very sore from hitting the floor after he punched me."
"Damn," whispered Kelly before clearing her throat, "are you sure you don't want to go to the hospital for a checkup?"
"Very sure," Stacey said firmly, she really didn't want people looking at her.
"Will you be all right to walk to the lifts and then have a male to attend to your first aid," Ralph asked watching the exchange between Kelly and Stacey nodded and began moving towards the elevator. "Cal use to be a paramedic in the army, but has now left but continues to remain up to date on that side of things," Ralph explained to Stacey as he pressed the button and the doors opened, they stepped inside and Ralph pressed the button to the floor their office was in.
