Chapter 4

After arriving at Sophie's, Gina went up to the shower and while she was in there Sophie rang Carly.

"Hello, Stewart's Modelling Agency, Carly speaking," said Carly as she shuffled through some files, with her secretary away for lunch she was answering the phone as well as trying to work and it was not working, she was going to have to set up an answering service that her secretary can switch on when she was out.

"Hi Carly, it is Sophie Gray, Gina's friend in Ipswich, I am ringing to tell you Gina arrived fine but she seems to be very upset over something," answered Sophie.

"Thanks, Sophie, I know, she had a run in with Tyler and it shook her up a bit. Something happened, I do not know what but it has scared her, she has taken time off which is very strange," said Carly responding to Sophie's statement. "I'm concerned about her as well but she wouldn't say much to me. Could you give me your address so I can send some photos and other stuff up to Gina?"

"Sure, it is 52 Garrets Road, Ipswich Q 4587. The phone number is (07) 32582370," answered Sophie. (A/N: addresses and phone numbers are fictional)

"Thanks, Sophie, I really would like Gina to get well because there are heaps of people wanting her down here," replied Carly as she quickly wrote down her address and phone number...

"I'll see how she goes Carly, bye," replied Sophie.

Just as Carly replaced the phone, it rang again. "Hello, Stewart's Modelling Agency, Carly speaking."

"Carly, Tyler speaking, I am at the Hilton in Brisbane, have you heard from her yet?" he asked as he walked around the room checking it out for any problems before getting himself settled.

"I haven't heard from Gina. However, I have heard from Sophie Gray who Gina staying with. I've got the address and the phone number," replied Carly.

"Okay, let me get a paper and a pen," Carly heard a rustle of paper and then Tyler came back online, Ok, fire away."

"The address is 52 Garrets G-A-R-R-A-E-T-S Road Ipswich Q 4587 and the phone number is 07 32582370," answered Carly and then said, "You go easy on her Tyler or she might just run away again."

"I know that now Carly. However, thanks anyway. I just take one day at a time with Gina. Thanks again."

"Okay, bye Tyler," replied Carly hanging up the phone. I hope everything works out this time or I just might lose my best model as well as a good friend, thought Carly.

Wednesday, was a slow day, Gina unpacked and had an hour rest. When she got up, Sophie had some tea ready; Gina sat down and had some before she began talking.

"Tyler and I meet up at the airport quite by accident Monday afternoon, he wants me to model for him, well for his agency. I told Tyler why doesn't he use Janelle, the girl he dumped me for two years ago, but he said her coloring was not right that he wanted me. I said no, left him standing there, and went home. I just made some tea and was getting ready for the bath when Tyler arrived on my doorstep. He wanted me so bad to model for him he offered the whole wardrobe and double what I am getting in pay now. I told him I did not want it. Then he asked what I wanted and I said him to leave, then he started to kiss me. We ended up making out in the lounge, then I did the most stupid of things, I told him that I loved him. When I realized I had said this, I quickly got up and tried to get away from him, but he followed me into the bedroom and told me how much he loved me and me being a fool actually believed it and we made love again," Gina paused thinking about what happened and took another sip from her tea, Sophie watched her while thinking about what Gina was saying.

"Afterwards he asked me if I would still model for him. Then I turned to him and asked him did he make love as a bribe to get me working for him again. He said no, but he did not have the model that could do the clothes justice. Then I asked him if he loved me two years ago and why did he leave me for Janelle. He said because I was too young to love and he wanted me to be older and wiser, in other words, to grow up, and he also told me that Janelle got married on Tuesday. So I asked him if that was the reason why he took me to bed for the one that he loves was getting married, but of course, he said no," said Gina pausing, tears forming in her eyes.
