(F/r) = Favourite restaurant.

Prompt: You and Joshua get into a heated fight over something heart breaking, leaving you to confine in your friend for extra help and support. But over the course you seem to change, and so does Joshua.

"How could you do that?!" Joshua saw the tears lining up in your eyes as you yelled at him.

"I didn't mean to! Y/n, love please?" He was at the verge of tears too, knowing what could and would happen hurt him incredibly.

"Didn't mean to?! That doesn't help me because you did anyways!" The tears in your eyes were streaking your cheeks now, Joshua felt awful.

He didn't mean for it to happen, he had gotten so stressed and worked up. And then his ex-girlfriend came into the same place as him and worked up on his mixed emotions, now here he was with his girlfriend hoping she wouldn't turn into an ex. But he wouldn't get that lucky.

"Love, don't do this please? I need you, I- I love you!" You slowly shake your head.

"You wouldn't have done it if you did." You mumble quietly.

He slowly reaches out for you knowing that rejection was more likely to happen, but he needed to try "Please... Don't go." He closes his eyes as a few tears cascade down his cheeks.

"Leave me alone, Joshua." His eyes opened and his arms fall. You have only ever called him Joshua when you were really upset, or if you wanted nothing to do with him.

It has always been 'Josh' or 'Joshy' never 'Joshua'. After you two first got together the nicknames never seemed to stop from you and playing with his name, mixing the letters around or giving him cute little nicknames like 'teddy bear' or 'tall guy'.

He watches you push past him and leave, you were gone now. And there was nothing he could- or feel like he could do. His falls down onto the couch and stares at wall, tears rolling down his face one after another.

You were at your best friend Julia's house crying and hugging her "That little fuck boy." She hugs you and tries comforting you with silly jokes and weird comments, which somewhat helps.

You sat around in your room in Julia's house for hours, even days. You would hide under the blankets and try to get over the heart break you were having. You hear a soft knock on the door and you stay quiet, and still "Y/n, me and Kallie are going to (f/r), wanna join?"

"No." You manage out.

"Are you sure, it might lift your spirits." You sigh.

"No, thank you." You hide under the blankets even more.

"Alright bye. I love you." You hear her walk away and you sigh... Maybe you needed to get out a bit? If so you would go alone, at least for right now.

Joshua's friends had even tried to get him off his couch and out of his house, but nothing worked. He couldn't get up, and he wouldn't get up. You were gone now, what was he suppose to look forward to when he was coming home?

There wouldn't be anyone here, there wasn't anyone here now. He felt like he didn't exist as a person anymore, he was quiet and more introverted then what he was when you were around. He thought you were off with your friends doing your own little thing with them right now.

You were probably smiling, and laughing away. That was it- your laugh. He missed it, your smile, laugh, how your eyes lit up when you talked about something you liked, how nobody could insult a friend of yours or family without you standing up.

He missed you.

He shakes his head frustrated that he's let it go by this long! As soon as you left he missed you, he wanted to hug you and tell you over and over again how sorry he was. He got up and slammed the bedroom door closed behind him, he was furious with himself.

You hear a knock on the front door and believe it was your pizza you ordered, you were starving and it was taking you everything not to run to that door and eat the pizza right then and there.

You got up and went to the door slowly opening it, you saw your pizza box and got all smiley on the inside.

"Y/n?" You look up at who was holding the pizza and see Joshua.

Your heart froze as time seemed to stop, you were glued in place as you stared at Joshua in disbelief while some part of you was happy he was here.

"Josh.." You whisper in shock.

He sets the pizza on the ground shaking his head as he hugs you tightly burying his face in your neck "I've missed you so much." He whispers quietly against your skin.

You hugged him back and hold onto him for dear life "I love you." You cry silently.

"C'mere." He picks you up and carries you to bed before grabbing the pizza and cuddling you, while you both ate. Soon you were both asleep cuddling.

Soon Julia and Kallie return only to smile brightly and shut your light off and the door.

"They must've worked it out."

"Good thing Joshua got our anonymous note." Julia smiles.
