Tossing the gloves aside, she pushed the doors open, heading towards the lift as soon as possible. Tahira tapped her feet anxiously on the ground, waiting for the lift door to open. She stood there for a good five minutes and as soon as it opened, she rushed right in and hit the button that led her to the parking lot.
Tahira hopped into her car, and roared the engine to life. Her phone buzzed and she picked it up. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine," Maya said in a muffled voice. "I don't know what happened to him—he just fainted." Over the phone, Tahira could clearly listen to the wistful sobs and she knew that it was bad, really bad. "Help me, I really don't know what to do. I don't wanna lose him all over again,"
And then she hung up.
