Saki's P.O.V

I arrived in front of U.A. High and was about to walk through the gate when a loud voice called out, "Excuse me!"

I stopped dead in my tracks and turned around when several large microphones and phones were shoved in my face out of the blue. A lady with dark-colored hair invaded my personal space and asked me rather loudly, "Please tell us what it's like to be in All Might's classes."

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion, "Huh?"

The newswoman added with plain determination, "What do you think of All Might as a teacher?"

"Umm..." I looked away as I began to feel anxious around these strangers who stared at me unwaveringly.

"Is he a good teach- eh?" the reporter blinked her eyes at me as though she finally had a good look at me. Then she inquired, "You're one of the two kids who was held hostage by the sludge villain..."

My cheeks scorched with embarrassment upon hearing that. It was then that I made a quick decision that I had to get out of their clutches as soon as possible. I spoke up with a gentle and polite voice, "E-excuse me but I have to go-"

"Please!" the undaunted newswoman cut me off as she brought her microphone closer to my nose, "Just answer one question and we will leave! So what is All Might-"

"Can you please tell us what it's like to have All Might as a teacher?!"

All of us turned our heads to the source of the loud, determined voice. There stood Todoroki Shouto looking totally unharmed and apathetic to the reporters who were tailing him closely from behind. One of those reporters must be the one who asked him that but unfortunately for them, the dual-haired boy kept his mouth shut. Suddenly, his heterochromatic eyes flitted to meet mine and he nodded his head towards the school building wordlessly. That was like a signal that said "let's go" without uttering a word.

I immediately turned my back on the reporters and jogged towards him. Then we walked into the school building together with a safe space in between us while ignoring the loud clamor the news reporters were making at the gate of the school.

Todoroki and I quietly made our ways to our classroom. I occasionally sneaked a sideway glance at him and noticed that he looked disinterested as always. I began to wonder if my presence was a bother to him.

I blurted out, "Umm... how do you know my father, Todoroki-kun...?"

The dual-haired boy finally directed his eyes to me and stared me down with an expression akin to a father who was pondering whether to buy his daughter the toy she wanted or not. After three seconds of staring at me, he cast his eyes to the front and briefly replied, "My old man and your father know each other."

"I know about that already..." I said with a soft voice, "When did you two first meet each other?"

He said in response without glancing at me, "We first met when I was five-years old."

So he is the type to answer a question with short, uninterested reply.

"Your father hasn't told you about it?" asked the boy with two hair colors.

I answered, "No... well, maybe it's because I didn't ask him."

Just then, we reached the door to our classroom. Todoroki pulled the door open and stepped to the side and gazed at me. Then I realized that he gestured me to walk in first. I shyly thanked him before I entered the class.

Most of my classmates were already there, and some of them formed a group and conversed about being girdled by reporters when they arrived at the gate of U.A. I tuned out their complaints about the situation as I strolled towards my desk. Bakugou had ensconced himself in his chair and was staring at something behind me.
