I woke up to the sound of rocks hitting my balcony door. I got up and looked out to see Daniel with a handful of pebbles/rocks in his hand. I opened the balcony door and stepped out into the cool morning breeze of Vancouver.
"Finally! Sleeping beauty has awoken" he said setting the pebbles down. I laughed at his comment. "What are you doing up this early don't you need rest for tonight" I asked "I do but doesn't mean I'm not gonna hang out with my bestfriend" he said holding on to his railing. "Well come over dani boy" I said taking a step back.
Our balconies are pretty close to where we can hop to each others rooms. I helped him get to my balcony and he finally made it over. We walked back into my room and he sat down on a furry chair I had in a corner of my room, while I sat on my bed.
"You still have this" he said grabbing my guitar. "Of course, it's held up a lot" I said "I bet, I remember it was your 13th birthday when I gave you this" he said playing with the cords.
"So dani tell me about your life now" I said flipping onto my stomach, with my head in the palm of my hands. "What do you want to know" he asked putting the guitar down. "Everything." I bluntly said "Well, for one it's crazy but a good crazy. Two it's amazing waking up in the morning and knowing thousand of people support you" he said "I bet" I said
"But anyways enough about me, what have you done?" He asked "Well, it's been the same nothing really has changed. Same people. Same halls. Same teachers. There's not much to Vancouver now a days." I said "Stop lying I bet something interesting has happened" he said "Ummm..." I said thinking "Ariana landed herself a new boy but that's pretty much it" I said
"What about you and your music?" He asked "There's nothing to it, the same couple people view my videos so I mean if that answers your question" I said
"Mad- oh hey kids, I didn't know Daniel was going to be over" my mom said coming inside me room. "Me either" I said laughing and dani joined. "Well I'm off to work be good kids" she said and with that she left. "She's still a workaholic I see" Daniel says "Yup, I told you nothing has changed"
After about an hour of talking it was 10 am. "So Miss. Madison, what about we go out for breakfast" he says half way out my balcony. "Sounds like a plan" I said smiling "I'll be right here in an hour so hurry" he said and with that he walked back into his room.
I went to shower and change. I was having problems with my outfit so I decided to FaceTime Ariana.
-FaceTime call- Ari- hey girly Maddy- Ariana I'm having a dilemma Ari- which is? Maddy- dani invited me to breakfast and idk what to wear Ari- Maddy you know you can wear a sack of potatoes and that boy wouldn't care Maddy- your right but what should I wear.
After a couple minutes she finally helped me with an outfit. I ended the call and started to get ready. I did my hair and makeup. "You know you don't need that right?" I heard and got startled by Daniel on my balcony. "Well I have to enhance this" I said pointing at my face. "Whatever you say" he said and plopped down on my bed. After Daniel whining on me taking so long I finally finished getting ready 👇

"Finally lets go!" Daniel said practically outside the door. "Stop complaining dani" I said.
We both got into his car and were off to our destination. "So where we going Dani boy?" I asked "It's a surprise" he said "Ugh you know I hate surprises" "It's a good surprise I promise you'll love it" he said sticking out his pinky. "Okay, I trust you" I said wrapping my pinky with his.
I saw him connect his phone to the car. I read the dashboard and "Made For- Why Don't We" was on the little screen. I looked at him and I see him smiling. He grabbed my hand and put it up to his mouth using it as a microphone.

"We made it to our destination Mads" he said "No way" I said "Yes way" he said copying my excitement We were at Bleu Door Bakery. We would always come here when we were little.
We walked through the door and the little bell rung catching the attention of the worker that has been working here for years and practically watched us grow up. "Bobby! Look at who finally decided to visit" the pretty lady in her mid 40's said calling her husband. "Madison! Daniel!" Her husband said coming out from the kitchen. "Hey" we both said in unison "Haven't seen you two in more than a year" he said "I know I've been so busy with my new band I don't have time to visit" Daniel said "And what about you little lady" he said towards me "It just doesn't feel right coming alone" I said telling the truth "I bet, you guys only came together" bobbys wife said ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A/N: sort of/ kind of a short chapter but I wanted to update this book because I have so many ideas and I want you guys to read them all.
