Chapter 10

Gale's POV

Nico seemed pretty happy that these people were here. They looked about our age, and they had bow's strapped to their back. They were silver too. So were their arrows. That's odd, although I heard Katnip gasp. Well, she is an expert on bows. Don't judge Gale, don't judge! She's odd. Aw man! I judged! The person at the front had long black hair that was sliding down her back with blue streaks in it. She had a sort of punk style, or at least that's what I think it's called, "Thalia?" I heard Nico ask,

"Nico!" The lead girl said, she walked over to Nico and hugged him. Nico looked surprised at first, although he returned the favor, "So," She said standing back up, "How's my cousin doing?" COUSIN?! There nothing- I mean they don't seem alike! At all! Then Chiron spoke up,

"For all of the new comers," He winked in my direction, "I would be proud to present the hunters of Artemis!"

"Artemis?!" I accidental said out loud, I clamped my hands over my mouth. The campers stepped aside for the leader to see me. My eye's widened, I wasn't sure what they were capable of. I saw Nico move aside and press his palm to his forehead. The girl walked up to me and studied me,

"Is he your friend Nico?" She asked then she blinked twice, "Sorry," she said quickly, "My name is Thalia Grace, and I'm the lieutenant of Artemis." She held out her hand, I stared at it. Then I slowly shook it and quickly pulled my hand away.

"So," She asked, "You look old enough. Who's your godly parent?"

"Huh?" I asked blankly,

"Who are your parents?"

"Who do you want to know?"

"Just answer her question," Katnip spoke up,

"Hazelle Hawthorne." I answered,

"I don't know her." She said, "And your father?" I paused for a moment I really didn't like talking about this,

"Dead." I said anger rising up,

"Are you sure 'bout that?" I leaned foward about to start a fight although Katnip held me back.

"We're sure." Katnip said, she studied us.

"Are you to siblings?" She asked,

"No," I answered,

"Then how would you know that his father died?!" She asked Katnip, "If he did." She added,

"Because my father died too." Katnip looked down,

"How?" Thalia asked,

"Let's not talk about this desussion right now." Chiron said coming in between us. Katnip stepped back although I was still glaring at that girl, wanting to rip her head off. Wow, I've been watching the hunger games one too many times. Thalia stepped back. I guess my glares really work. Then suddenly a rainbow appeared in front of Nico.

Piper's POV

And Nico's image appeared in front of us, it looked like there was a gathering. And we didn't have Nico's attention, "Nico!" Hazel yelled, Nico's head snapped foward to face us.

"Where are you?" I asked,

"Camp." He said,

"I thought you needed to go some where?" I asked, I thought he said he was going to distrect 12!
