Chats Promise

When I sat on a stool next to Ladybug, a loud fart noise filled the restaurant.
I checked on my seat and picked up a flattened whoopee cushion.
"Be careful where you sit, weirdoes like to put whoopee cushions on the seats." Sans said.
I just laughed and set the whoopee cushion on the table.

"Destruction..."

I heard someone say. I turned my head and looked around the restaurant, but, everyone was busy. Who could've said it? How do they know I have the power of destruction?
"Chat? Is something wrong?" Ladybug asked.
"No, bugaboo. I'm fine." I said.

"Kill..."

"I.. gotta go!" I said, and dashed out of the place.
"Chat!" I heard Ladybug distantly yell.

I ran until I was back at the area with the glowing stones.
I walked deeper into the cavern, and heard some people talking.

"I have only one wish, that I hope will come true."

"Well, what is it?"

"Promise you won't laugh."

"I won't laugh! I promise!"

"I wish to climb to the top of this mountain, and the barrier is destroyed forever!"

"Ha! Hahaha!"

"Hey, you promised!"

"Sorry, its just that... that's my wish too."

I tried to follow them, but, it only led me to a flower, that repeated their message.

"That's my wish, too."

I'll help these people, they deserve it for helping Ladybug and I.
And there's only one way to do that.

I'm going to destroy the barrier.
