Chapter 14

Isaac's POV

A Time Skip

We are at the competition, this week has been so nerve raking cause the whole week has been leading up to this day, Friday the day i ask out Victoria. Right now she's on stage performing her trio and she's doing so great, and so are Alex and Jordan everyone seems to be dating it's not even dating season i mean Alex and Isaiah, Jordan and Lamar, and then there's Trevor and Brittany, Myles and Briar they aren't dating but they really should be. Trevor's over here over my shoulder saying "Tell her, Tell her, Tell her, Tell her" "As soon as she gets off stage" i blurt out loudly bad choice of words he was just getting annoying so i just said what ever would shut him up, as soon as i hear the crowd scream i know she Trio's done, ohh no. Luckily right after they we're done with their trio they had to stay on the stage till they got the results, "The winners of the Senior trios are......." the announcer said and we all were so worried "CANADIAN DANCE COMPANY!!!!!" yes we won then the girls rush of stage and Victoria jumps into my arms. It feels so nice having her in my arms so now i have to ask her if she wanted to go on a date, TODAY!!! What if she says no, i'll be heart broken "Isaac don't you have something to ask Victoria" I hear Trevor say i look at him and he winks at me, i put Victoria down and she just looks at me confused "What do you have to ask me" Victoria says super confused "Trevor don't you have a duet to get ready for or something" i say trying to change the subject. "Actually i do so please get this over with already just ask her" Trevor says in a hurry "Just ask me" Victoria says looking a bit annoyed "Ughh Ok, so Victoria i wanted to ask you something" I say hiding my blush "I know, just say it" she says and Trevor simple let's out a chuckle. "W-Would you, um Would you like to, go, on, a, date with me" Im so worried right now cause she hasn't said anything i guess i'll take that as a no, "Yes, i'd love to" i hear her say what did she just say yes, "When?" is her follow up question "Today, if you'd like" "YES!!!" she says so excited i simply just smile like a total idiot.

Trevor's POV

Great, that's one down 2 more to go, ME and Brittany, and Myles and Briar how do i get them 2 and us 2 together, eh i'll think about it later right now i have to get ready for our duet. Were about to go on stage when i hear Brittany say "Do you think CDC will win" "Absolutely" I say "And if our duet gets second it's cause Briar and Myles got 1st either way CDC will win" I assure her and she gives me a hug then it's time to take the stage. Were doing our duet and it's going great as I'm dancing with Brittany right now at this moment i know for sure that i more than like her, i love her. We finish the dance and there we are centimeter away from each other the crowds going wild then i focus back to reality, we take a bow and walk off the stage. 

Myles' POV 

We're walking on the stage and take our places and the music starts playing were doing amazing the crowd is going crazy with every lift, everything technically but I'm honestly not focusing on the audience I'm focused on Briar i think this duet is amazing but our chemistry stands out to me the most  I'm so crazy about her. We do this really cool lift and the crowd goes wild but what they didn't notice is that Briar slipped and landed on my chest but i guess they thought it was a part of the dance or something.  As soon as were done with our duet we get a Standing Ovation that's great we take a bow and walk off the stage and Briar jumps on top off me her legs wrapped around my torso i hug her back and i don't want to let her go but then she jumps off of me and apologizes. "You don't have to be sorry" and move a bit of her hair from her face and kiss her on the cheek honestly i was going to kiss her on the lips but then i noticed what i was doing and i just kissed her on the cheek i panicked i just walk off so embarrassed. 

Briar's POV 

Myles just kissed me on the cheek and ran off i wonder why it's not the first time this has happened i did it, maybe he had to use the bathroom or something although it doubt it then all the girls walk up to me and say "AWWWW" "What" i say pretending not to know what they're aw-ing about "That's the cutest thing I've ever seen" Victoria says "What do you mean?" I say super confused "The way he held you in his arms when you jumped on him and wrapped your legs around him, great now I'm blushing thanks Vic. "And did you notice he was actually trying to kiss you on the lips instead of your cheek" Jordan says "WHAT!!!" I say yelling "Right, he so wanted to kiss you" "Britt, shut up" "Sorry, Briar it's the truth" "You even believe it" Alex says "No i don't" i say giving her a death glare what if he was trying to kiss me on the cheek, oh my god what if he liked me as much as i like him, but one can only dream. "He so likes you" Vic says "Trust me, he doesn't like me like that" I say "But you do" Britt says with the biggest smile "Yea, I do" i say and the girls start aw-ing again

Trevor's POV

I got Vicisaac together now it's Bryles' turn over here, i saw the little moment Bryles just had and then i see Myles walk off i take this as an opportunity, i follow Myles and he's just standing there against the wall i walk up to him and ask "Yo, man what's up" "Nothing just thinking" "About Briar" he looks at me "Yea" he says as he looks back at the floor "What about her?" "I really like her and i really want to know if she likes me to but i could never ask her or tell her how i feel" he says super quickly "Dude, chill remember breathing is important" he let's out a small laugh "Dude but you've asked hundreds of girls if they liked you or if they wanted to go on a date with you" "But she's different" "How?" "I don't know but there's something about her that nobody else in the world has" "Ok it's still easy to text someone" "No even if i text her i will never be able to send the right things, say the right things" "Don't worry man i'll help you, but dude you need to go there about to announce the winners, let's go" "Ok" he says leaning off the wall we walk back to the wings and there i see Briar pacing back and forth. "Go talk to her" i say giving him a little push as soon as she sees him she starts smiling and she rushes over to hug him, how does this dude think that she doesn't like him, he's stupid i swear.

Myles' POV 

"Hey, sorry about that"  I say as i point to my cheek and she smiles and looks at the ground "You know, when i kissed you in the cheek, that's what i said" I laugh a bit "You don't have to be sorry" she says "I said that to you" and she starts laughing and she has the cutest laugh ever, "You have a cute laugh" she then looks at me shocked and i immediately regret saying that but then she smiles and she says "I l-" that's all i hear cause she was interrupted by the announcer saying "Time to announce the duet winners, will all duets step on the stage now, please" Really they couldn't of waited for just like 1 more minute.
