Chapter 3

Bit by bit, everyone in Sakamaki got close to Yuuka. Yuuka became Sakamaki's weakness starting from boys, mothers to Karl. One particular thing Sakamaki boys were afraid of were Yuuka's innocence. Yuuka believed whatever people around her says easily. Yuuka puts all her trust into people easily. However, once her trust has been broken she can never trust the same person again.

Everyone in the family noticed it when Ayato intentionally told her a lie about his school exam marks. Ayato didn't do well in his exams and because he was ashamed of his marks he didn't wanted to inform Yuuka about it. He thought if he did then Yuuka will think of him as a nuisance like others in the family does.

But when Yuuka got to know about this on her own, she was beyond angry and disappointed that she ignored him for several weeks. She believes family doesn't lie or hides truth from each other even at bad times. It seemed too innocent of Yuuka to Sakamaki that they all began to adore her more but started to feel fear along. They were afraid of the fact about what will happen if someone uses her and leaves her in the end. She will be broken and won't be able to recover from it.

This is the reason why Sakamaki boys decided to try their best to make Yuuka avoid boys, cleverly but not forcefully.

4 years have been passed and Yuuka was ten years old. Everyone in the family was living their lives to the extent with regular fun, pranks and jokes. The most interesting fact was Karl Heinz, who doesn't listen to anyone, sits and do everything that Yuuka tells and wishes. His only weakness became Yuuka. Not only Karl Heinz's but other members in the Sakamaki family too.

“Brother Shu!” Yuuka calls.

Instead of responding he opened his eyes and stared at Yuuka, who was standing infront of him. “Yes?”

“I want you to listen to something.” Yuuka blabbed nervously.

“Perhaps to a new song.” Shu guesses and Yuuka nods.

Though Shu was a lazy person his judges on songs were harsh and Yuuka tries her best to keep up with his likings. Yuuka tries her best to do everything her brother wants and expects. She didn't want their brothers to think she loved them unequally. That is why she reads many books as possible like Reiji, plays with teddies like Kanato, practices swordsmanship like Subaru, tries to make songs for Shu and at last she tries her best to avoid Ayato and Laito's perverted teachings and lines.

“So are you going to listen to my new song?” Yuuka asks. Shu sighs and gets up. “Why not? After all your songs are one of the best songs.”

Yuuka grins. Shu slowly gets up and follows Yuuka to music room. Yuuka was specialist in using piano in her age and recently she has been practicing and using violin to increase her experiences in musical instruments. Yuuka settles herself and with a deep breath she starts to sing. She might be 10 years old but her music and voice was way matured and intense to let touch others heart than it should be. No one minds and feels insecure with it because it's her talent she got.

To Shu her voice and songs were answers. Whenever he listens to her songs he finds himself on the other side of the world. He feels himself getting freed from dark past. Past that is never spoken or taken out.

Yuuka finishes and like always Shu's eyes gets watery. “So how was it?” Yuuka asks.

“Breathtaking!” Shu compliments.

Yuuka looks at the wall clock in the room. “Ops! I am late now. Brother Reiji will be angry with me now.”

Yuuka runs out of the room without saying anything just placing a kiss on Shu's cheek. Yuuka has a certain routine to maintain which involves everything related to her brothers. Though she is multi-talented because of studying everything her specialists on, she has her own talent and that is capturing every moment with her eyes. She sees and captures everything she thinks interesting and beautiful, and sketches it. Her sketches are what is fond of. It contains every emotions of her.

“Marshmallow!” Ayato yells around the mansion.

Yuuka hears and runs out of the room. Ayato proudly shows off his recent test papers. “Marshmallow, see I have scored 78/100. Isn't it great?”

Yuuka beams, “Yes!”

“With your marks you aren't going anywhere.” Someone says from behind in serious tone.

Yuuka and Ayato turn around to see Reiji. Ayato huffs and Yuuka chuckles, “Brother Reiji, see what Brother Ayato got in his test.”

“78/100. Not bad for someone who is dumb.” Reiji states. “At least Yuuka is better than you. I heard she scored all of her tests in full mark.”

“Yes.” Yuuka assures.

“Well! I admit it she is talented.” Ayato scratches his neck while he says.

“No one is talented. It all depends on how much hard work you do.” Reiji argues.

Like this the argument was going to start but instead of stopping them Shu and Laito interferes as in joins them.

“Brothers, it is noisy!” Yuuka hollers.

Boys stops. “Yuuka see teddy and I got 86/100.” Kanato pokes her from her behind and informs her.

Yuuka grabs the test paper from his hand. Like always she takes the test paper of Ayato, Laito, and Kanato and stores it in a box. Conversely, one thing that was common in them telling lies about the tests. Since Yuuka made them promise not to lie instead work hard, they try their best to keep it for her sake.

Yuuka yawns, earning everyone's attention. Laito grabs her and carries her in his arms to her room, placing her on her room whereas everyone follows him from behind. Noticed and stated that everyone sticks around Yuuka around and follows her to every corner so that she doesn't feel any lonely or worse cry alone. They never had seen her but still they all were cautious about it.

“Goodnight!” Boys tell her in chorus except Shu who kept his eyes on her and said goodnight in mind before leaving the room and secretly without their knowledge she smiles before falling in to sleep.
