It Can't

Chapter 13

In the last chapter:

''Elena? Don't stress for nothing. I know you didn't see Mr.Williams, but you're gonna see, he is really kind.'' My mom said.

And when I was going to reply to her that I'm not stressing for that reason, Kate Williams opened the door.

''Oh, hi! God, it's been a long time! Come in!''

Someone kill me now. Please.

We were all sitting in the living room with Kate and then we heard an:

''Elenaaaaaaaaaa!'' Yelled a little boy running to give me a big hug. I smiled when I saw Nathan putting his little arms around my hips. I look down to look at him and say a inaudible: ''Hi!''

''These two, I promise he looks like it's not even my child now!'' Laughed Kate with my mom.

''Oh you know, Elena loves Nathan as if he was her brother!'' Exclaimed my mom. My brother. We gave each other an eye contact with a crooked smile.

''Marc Jane!? No way!'' Said a male voice.

When I looked up, I saw a men with a grey suit matching with his blue-grey eyes. They were similar with Nathan's one. His look was serious but at the same time, he seems funny and nice. Let's be honest, he has the look of a rich business owner with his clothes and his young appearance, just like Kate.

''Look who I found here? Luke Williams in the flesh!'' Said my dad with the same tone of the men.

So it was him... Nathan and Hayden's father. It's feels really weird to see him for the first time...

And my eyes turned besides Mr.Williams. His oldest son is standing there, glancing at me with a weird expression on his face, but when he met my eyes, all he did is checking in an other direction. Why am I here again? Oh yeah, to be ''polite''! (Note the irony).

Mr.Williams greeted my mother and then, he saw me. At that moment, I didn't know what to do so I smiled and just said: ''Hello Mr.Williams. I'm Elena''. Why did I even speak?!

He seemed to be shock and that brought a cringe moment.

''Wow! I didn't know that your daughter was so charming, nice to meet you Mrs.Jane.'' Said Mr.Williams. I greeted him and felt the red on my face. I can't breath.

''This is Elena. You know the private teacher of Nathan.'' Said his wife.

He thought for a while and finally exclaimed: ''Oh yeah! The one that Nathan always talks about! You know, it's been only 2 weeks and he absolutely loves you! What is you secret?''

''You know dad...Now Elena isn't just my teacher, she's also my sister.'' Said Nathan with confidence. Everybody turned their head to see me and I began to be more nervous. They seemed to be surprised (sure they was) especially Hayden. I completly understand him (for once!), his little brother saying randomly that I was his sister can be really surprising.

''Oh, the kids, you know their big imagination!'' Laughed Kate and that made everybody laugh exept me, Nnathan and Hayden.

''But look at Hayden, it's the copy of his father!'' Exclaimed my dad. It was now my moment to glance at the concerned.

Mr.Williams gave to his son a little puch and said with a big smile: ''I know and I hope he will work hard to be part of my company when he'll grow up.''
